Disabled Support Group
The City of Manassas Disabled Citizens Sounding Board will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Antioch Church of Christ in Manassas. Topics to be discussed include support groups for the disabled in the Manassas area, projects for next year and recommendations to the city. A social hour will follow the meeting. Young GOP Elections
The Prince William County Young Republicans will hold their annual meeting at 8 p.m. Friday at the Dumfries Town Hall. Elections of the executive board will be held along with adoption of a new constitution and bylaws. The meeting is open to the public. Call 221-8282.
Craft Show, Sale for Charity
Action in Community Through Service (ACTS) will hold its 5th annual Santa's Workshop and craft fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Angels Parish Hall in Woodbridge. Craft items from more than 60 crafters will be displayed. There will be entertainment by area choral groups and a visit from Santa.
Admission is free and food donations will be accepted for the ACTS food pantry. Proceeds will be given to ACTS Emergency Assistance programs, which provide food and financial assistance to area families. Call 221-3186.
Holiday Stories for Children
The Prince William Public Library will hold a Holiday Fun story time at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Dale City Mini Library. The program is designed for children 3 to 5 years of age, and registration is required. Call 680-4716 to register.
Gar-Field High Craft Show
Gar-Field High School Orchestra Boosters are sponsoring a craft show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the school. More than 90 exhibitors are expected. Admission is free.
