Pacel to Host Web Show

Manassas-based Pacel Corp. is breaking new ground with Morton Downey Jr., the talk show host who launched his revolutionary show in 1987. This week, he launches another talk show, this time on the Web. Pacel Corp. is providing the Web hosting and design services for "The Morton Downey Jr. Web Show," which is at http://www.mortondowneyjr.net.

The site features a variety of Web pages offering insights on up and coming companies, opportunities to purchase memorabilia from Downey's original TV series, and a chance to query Downey about his views on current affairs and breaking news stories, Pacel President David Calkins said.

Staffing Firm Has New Logo

Employment Enterprises Inc., based in Manassas, recently unveiled its new logo for its staffing and human resource services corporations--a large, boldface 'E.' The year 2000 will mark the 20th year for Employment Enterprises, one of the nation's largest woman-owned companies, Chief Executive Jana Yates said. "It was time for an update," she said.

Chamber's After Hours
