LEWEY, Richard B., 52, of Chicago (formerly of Calvert County), bowling alley manager, died Thursday in Chicago.

LEGTERS, Llewellyn J. 67, of Solomons, physician, died Thursday at home.


BALES, Marcus Joseph, 42, of Port Tobacco, painter, died Aug. 13 at home.

BUTLER, Luct, 94, of La Plata, U.S. Soldiers and Airmen's Home supervisor, died Tuesday at Civista Medical Center.

LOCHER, Paula Jean Cleary, 30, of La Plata, Charles County school teacher, died Aug. 13 in Washington, D.C.

MITCHELL, Virginia Turner, 93, of La Plata, secretary for Mitchell Motor Company, died Aug. 15 at home.

SHARP, Mathew L., 17, of Waldorf, cashier, died Monday in Waldorf.

SPARROW, Ira Troy, 69, of Waldorf, carpenter, died Aug. 13 at Civista Medical Center.

BARNES, Gregory Ernest, 60, of Charlotte Hall, retired boiler operator at the Naval Air Station at Patuxent River, died Aug. 10 at St. Mary's Hospital.

CHENG, Chu Ying, 73, of Charlotte Hall, homemaker, died Aug. 9 at home.

MAITRE, Marguerite Gladys, 79 of Hollywood, retired supervisor for General Motors Corporation, died Aug. 8 at home.

LEWIS, Aaron Lester, 84, of Charlotte Hall, meat cutter, died Aug. 12 at Civista Medical Center.

PHIPPS, Gary Wayne, Sr., 41, of Charlotte Hall, auto mechanic, died Aug. 13 in Cheverly.
