Naming the County's New High School

Get those creative juices flowing--and get out a map. The Howard County school system is taking suggestions for names for the new high school scheduled to open in 2002 in Fulton. According to Board of Education policy, schools must be named for geographic areas of the county, and duplication should be avoided. The high school will be near Fulton Elementary and Lime Kiln Middle on Scaggsville Road.

Suggestions should be sent by Oct. 15 to Kathy Agans, Howard County Public School System, 10910 Route 108, Ellicott City, Md. 21042.
