Why should the voters elect you?

"As a former professor, education administrator and Loudoun School Board member, I have extensive experience which qualifies me to deal with the challenges and problems facing the administration of our schools. My retired status will permit me to devote much more time to the work of a School Board member than the average person. In my leadership role at the Loudoun Education Foundation since its inception in 1991, I have maintained close contact with educators and parent groups to keep abreast of their concerns and needs in our school system."

What would you like voters to know about you?

"I purposely have not sought political party endorsement. I feel very strongly that there should be no political influence in school matters."
