BURNS, Isobella Edith, 79, of Waldorf, died Nov. 6 at Malcolm Grove Medical Center, Andrews AFB.
KEYS, Frank Cooper, 83, of Cobb Island, retired Arlington County police officer, died Nov. 9 at Civista Medical Center.
METHENY, Helen Pauline, 78, of Waldorf, government bookkeeper and secretary, died Nov. 5 at home.
PLANK, Lawrence Ellwood, 65, of Waldorf, printer, died Nov. 5 at Washington Hospital Center.
ROGERS, Charles Daniel, 57, of Waldorf, maintenance worker, died Nov. 4 at Civista Medical Center.
SMITH, James Joseph "Jimmy," 75, of Newburg, master electrician and World War II veteran, died Monday at Civista Medical Center.
