I served as an executive at the Social Security Administration, have many years of legal practice and served for almost seven years as an administrative law judge at the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings."

"Voters should elect me because I have the best education, military experience and legal experience of any of the candidates. Also, I am a lawyer. Although the law does not require that candidates for this judgeship be lawyers, I believe that judges that are lawyers provide better quality adjudication than nonlawyers. My service as an administrative law judge, where I adjudicated cases involving real estate and home improvement licensing, Maryland personnel issues, Motor Vehicle Administration suspension and revocation issues and human resource issues, has given me the judicial experience, temperament and ethical code of conduct needed to serve the citizens."

"I had bilateral hip replacement surgery three years ago and am now playing handball, tennis and swimming. I am eager to get back into action."
