HOLLAND LANE, 400 block, 6:15 p.m. Oct. 25. A man took a purse from a 26-year-old woman and fled.

KENMORE AVE., 4500 block, 6:25 p.m. Oct. 28. Two males grabbed a carton of cigarettes from a 65-year-old man and fled.

KENMORE AVE., 4600 block, 12:50 p.m. Oct. 30. Two men grabbed a man, 18, and forced him into a stairwell, where they knocked him down and robbed him of cash.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CENTRE PLAZA, 1700 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 29 to 3:58 a.m. Oct. 30. Cash was stolen from a business entered by breaking a front glass door.

DUKE ST., 4500 block, 1:05 a.m. Oct. 27. A business was entered by breaking a front glass door. Nothing was reported missing.

TOWER CT., 6000 block, noon Oct. 25 to 3:45 p.m. Oct. 28. Electronic equipment, toys and other property were stolen from a storage facility entered with force.

TOWER CT., 6000 block, 1 p.m. July 1 to 9:15 a.m. Oct. 8. Household items were stolen from a storage facility entered with force.

ARMISTEAD STREET NORTH AND QUANTRELL AVENUE, 5:30 p.m. Oct. 25 to 7 a.m. Oct. 26. A green 1997 Jeep Wrangler was stolen.

BRANCH AVE., 3400 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 29 to 1 a.m. Oct. 30. A gray 1988 Toyota Camry was stolen.

COMMONWEALTH AVE., 3200 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 25 to 11:06 a.m. Oct. 26. A green 1995 Jeep Cherokee was stolen.

EDISON ST., 3800 block, 6 p.m. Oct. 21 to 7 a.m. Oct. 22. A gray 1994 Toyota 4Runner was stolen.

EDSALL RD., 6100 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 26 to 7:45 a.m. Oct. 27. A red 2001 Toyota Tacoma truck was stolen.

FLORENCE DR., 3800 block, 10:15 p.m. Oct. 25 to 5 p.m. Oct. 26. A white 1995 Ford Probe was stolen.

ROBBERIES

FOUR MILE RUN DR., 4200 block, 3:06 a.m. Oct. 27. Three males assaulted a 26-year-old man, took his wallet and fled. The victim chased the robbers and confronted them asking for his work permit. The robbers returned the wallet to the victim, who then ran away.

LEE HWY. N., 6700 block, 10:21 p.m. Oct. 25. A gunman and an accomplice demanded car keys from a man, 49, who was leaving a convenience store. The victim complied, and the robbers fled in the vehicle. An Arlington County police officer saw the stolen vehicle and followed it into the District, where a brief pursuit ensued before the vehicle crashed. A D.C. man, 22, was charged with carjacking and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY., 1400 block, 7:27 p.m. Oct. 25 to 5:56 a.m. Oct. 28. Computers, a projector and other office equipment were stolen from a business entered by prying open a door.

LEE HWY., 3400 block, 6:17 p.m. Oct. 30 to 6:30 a.m. Oct. 31. Cash was stolen from a business.

LYNN ST. N., 1900 block, 3:45 p.m. Oct. 29 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 30. An office suite was entered by prying open a lock on a front door. Nothing was reported missing.

RANDOLPH ST. S., 900 block, 1 a.m. Oct. 30. A man attempted to enter a residence by breaking a door window. An Alexandria man, 32, was arrested and charged with burglary.

ROLFE ST. S., 1400 block, 3 p.m. Oct. 24 to 7 a.m. Oct. 25. A cordless drill and a portable heater were stolen from a construction trailer entered by forcing open a window.

WILSON BLVD., 2400 block, 7 a.m. Oct. 25. Cash was stolen from a register at a business.

FOURTH ST. N., 4300 block, 7:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 27. Cash and stereo equipment were stolen from an apartment entered with force.

11TH ST. S., 1500 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 26 to 7:45 p.m. Oct. 28. Electronic equipment and clothes were stolen from a residence.

19TH ST. S., 2700 block, 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25 to 8:09 a.m. Oct. 29. Tools were stolen from a construction trailer entered with force.
