BRYANS ROAD AREA

ROBBERIES

MARSHALL HALL RD., 3400 block, 10:20 p.m. Dec. 7. A suspect entered Indian Head Cinema during closing, brandished a handgun and demanded money. He heard a noise and fled empty-handed.

LA PLATA AREA

ROBBERIES

CRAIN HWY., 6600 block, 1:55 p.m. Dec. 6. A man, 43, entered a Safeway and demanded money. An employee complied, and the man fled with the undisclosed amount. He was located soon afterward and charged with armed robbery and first-degree assault.

WALDORF AREA

ASSAULTS

CAPTAIN DEMENT DR., 3300 block, 5:30 p.m. Dec. 7. A male youth, 16, pushed a man, 40, to the floor during an argument. He was charged with second-degree assault.

WARREN DR., 8000 block, 10:30 p.m. Dec. 5. A man, 26, assaulted two women, ages 48 and 77, and damaged property before fleeing. He was found soon afterward and charged with second-degree assault and destruction of property valued at less than $500.

ARMED ASSAULT AND ROBBERY

WOODVILLE RD., 14900 block, 1:12 a.m. Dec. 7. A man, 57, was shot during a robbery at the Gallant Green Bar. Three suspects entered, displayed handguns and forced patrons to the floor. One suspect struck a man with a gun. The suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

ROBBERIES

BUSINESS PARK DR., 11700 block, 10:54 p.m. Dec. 4. Two suspects robbed an Econo Lodge of an undisclosed amount of money. As they fled, they fired several shots. No one was reported injured.

VEHICLE THEFTS

SMALLWOOD, 6:50 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 3. A 1997 Audi was stolen from the Smallwood Park and Ride lot.
