Lane Shifts to Give Travelers More Room
Traffic is expected to be shifted Sunday into three new lanes on the lower-level roadway in front of the Baltimore-Washington International Airport terminal, providing more room to pick up passengers outside the baggage claim areas.
If bad weather prevents workers from finishing construction, the lanes will open Dec. 29.
Ultimately, there will be seven lanes on the lower level. For updates on construction at BWI, visit www.bwiairport.com.
