THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ARMISTEAD ST. N., 400 block, 11:59 p.m. Nov. 1 to noon Jan. 1. A microwave oven was stolen from a storage shed entered by breaking a lock.

DUKE ST., 5800 block, 6:30 p.m. Jan. 1 to 9 a.m. Jan. 2. Cash was stolen from a safe in an office.

KING ST., 700 block, 6:15 p.m. Jan. 5 to 7:45 a.m. Jan. 6. Cash was stolen from a business.

ROANOKE AVE., 5400 block, 4:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Jan. 7. Electronic equipment and other property were stolen from a residence entered by forcing open a door.

SHIRLINGTON RD., 2800 block, 4:30 p.m. Jan. 3 to 7 a.m. Jan. 6. Cash, electronic equipment, office equipment, food and cigarettes were stolen from several offices in a high-rise building.

ABINGDON DR. W., 1700 block, 3 p.m. Dec. 31 to 5:45 a.m. Jan. 2. A white 1992 Chevrolet Blazer was stolen.

ARMISTEAD ST. N., 400 block, 9 p.m. Dec. 26 to 9 a.m. Dec. 27. A black 1996 Honda Civic was stolen.

ASCOT CT., 5500 block, 9 p.m. Jan. 6 to 10 a.m. Jan. 7. A black 2002 Honda CRV was stolen.

BASHFORD LANE, 500 block, 7:45 to 10 a.m. Jan. 2. A blue 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass was stolen.

BEAUREGARD ST. N., 1400 block, 3 a.m. Jan. 4 to 9:30 a.m. Jan. 6. A black 1998 Chevrolet Suburban was stolen.

HOLMES RUN PKWY., 5300 block, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Jan. 7. A blue and white 2001 Suzuki GSXR 750 motorcycle was stolen.

KENMORE AVE., 4600 block, 12:35 to 12:55 p.m. Jan. 5. A silver 1986 Lincoln Continental Mark VIII was stolen.

MILAN DR., 3800 block, 5:10 to 5:15 a.m. Jan. 7. A green 1993 Toyota pickup truck was stolen.

RICHENBACHER AVE., 5400 block, 2:40 to 6:11 p.m. Jan. 6. A silver 2003 Dodge Caravan was stolen.

WILSON AVE., 3500 block, 1:30 to 3:05 p.m. Jan. 5. A gray 1995 Dodge Stratus was stolen.

ROBBERIES

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY., 3100 block, 4:35 a.m. Dec. 31. Two males knocked a female pedestrian, 46, to the ground, grabbed her purse and fled.

RANDOLPH ST. N., 800 block, 5:58 p.m. Jan. 3. A gunman and another man robbed a store of cash.

28TH ST. S., 1300 block, 6:30 a.m. Jan. 2. A male grabbed a male pedestrian, 21, from behind and held him while another male took cash from the victim's wallet.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ABINGDON ST. N., 100 block, midnight Dec. 28 to 8 p.m. Dec. 30. An unsuccessful attempt was made to enter a residence by breaking a door window.

EMERSON ST. S., 1000 block, 1:44 a.m. Jan. 8. A man entered a residence through an unlocked window and was in a female acquaintance's room when she woke up. The female ordered him out of the house, then ran to another room and called police. The intruder fled. Nothing was reported missing.

HAYES ST. S., 1200 block, 2:55 p.m. Jan. 4. A man, 24, found sleeping in a hotel room was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny.

KENT ST. N., 1600 block, 4 p.m. Dec. 31 to 8 a.m. Jan. 2. Cash, two laptop computers, a digital camera and a 35mm camera were stolen from an office.

KENT ST. N., 1600 block, 6 p.m. Dec. 31 to 8:20 a.m. Jan. 2. Laptop computers were stolen from an office.

OAKLAND ST. S., 1700 block, 5:30 a.m. Dec. 22 to 8 p.m. Dec. 31. A residence was entered by forcing open a rear basement door. Nothing was reported missing.

UTAH ST. N., 1600 block, Dec. 31. An unsuccessful attempt was made to enter a residence through a window. A window screen was torn.

WAKEFIELD ST. S., 1100 block, 3 to 6 p.m. Jan. 3. An unsuccessful attempt was made to enter an apartment by prying open a front door.

WASHINGTON BLVD. N., 2800 block, 5 p.m. Dec. 31 to 10:10 a.m. Jan. 2. Twenty stereo faceplates, two car stereos, two power drills, a portable stereo and tools were stolen from a business.

WASHINGTON BLVD. N., 3000 block, 2:30 p.m. Jan. 4 to 6:15 a.m. Jan. 6. Property was stolen from a fork lift at a construction site, which was entered by forcing open a chain link fence.

SECOND ST. N., 4800 block, Dec. 30 to Dec. 31. A residence was entered by kicking open a door. Nothing was reported missing.

FOURTH RD. N., 4400 block, 2:30 to 3 a.m. Jan. 1. A credit card and a camera were stolen from an unlocked apartment.

SEVENTH ST. N., 5600 block, 1:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 7. Cash, foreign currency, a cigar lighter, a cigar cutter and prescription medicine were stolen from a residence entered by forcing open a glass door.

25TH ST. S., 5000 block, 3:01 a.m. Dec. 27. Police responded to an alarm at a residence and found nothing unusual. When a resident returned home several days later, the resident found drops of blood in the house. Nothing was reported missing.

CULPEPER ST., 1900 block. A white 1989 Toyota Camry was stolen.

FLORIDA ST., 700 block. A silver 1991 Isuzu Stylus was stolen.

FOUR MILE RUN DR. S., 4600 block. A red 1991 Chevrolet Geo was stolen.

GLEBE RD. N., 600 block. A beige 2000 Ford Mustang was stolen.
