CORRIDOR RD., 8800 block, 5 p.m. Dec. 22 to 10:33 a.m. Jan. 7. A white Freightliner F170 was stolen. It was found on Kenilworth Avenue near the District line.

ROBBERIES

MONTEVIDEO RD., 7400 block, 11:15 p.m. Jan. 10. A man entered a home-based business, assaulted a resident, breaking the resident's nose, and took cash. The robber then fled on foot.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BROOK WAY DR., 5300 block, 6:26 p.m. Jan. 9. Members of a family evicted from an apartment entered the apartment by manipulating a sliding-glass door lock.

BUGLEDRUM WAY, 6800 block, 2:30 to 3:30 a.m. Jan. 9. A male entered the bedroom of a female acquaintance without permission through an unlocked window and left when a female relative of the acquaintance said she was calling police.

DOBBIN RD., 6400 block, 10 p.m. Jan. 11 to 11 a.m. Jan. 12. Cash was stolen from a store entered by prying a back door. An attempt attempt was made to enter a business next door by using a ladder found inside the store, removing ceiling tiles and cutting through drywall. A third business was entered in the same manner, but nothing was reported taken.

DOBBIN RD., 6500 block, 3:10 a.m. Jan. 10. Sixty video games and two DVD players were stolen from a store entered by throwing a brick through a front window.

GREEN DORY LANE, 5400 block, Dec. 24 to 8:14 p.m. Jan. 11. A house was entered by forcing a rear sliding door and ransacked. Nothing was reported stolen.

SANTA BARBARA CT., 6700 block, 6:05 a.m. Jan. 13. A 25-inch TV was taken. It was recovered from an area behind the house.

STEVENS FOREST RD., 5800 block, 4:10 p.m. Jan. 12. A group of children were seen leaving a vacant apartment. Windows and doors were left open, but no damage was reported and nothing was reported taken.

VANTAGE POINT RD., 5600 block, 5:47 p.m. Jan. 13. Jewelry and a DVD-player/VCR were stolen from a residence entered through a front door with a combination locking mechanism. No signs of forced entry were reported.

CEDAR LANE, 5400 block, 7:42 a.m. Jan. 13. A blue 1998 Mazda Protege was stolen.

COBBLEFIELD RD., 8600 block, 8:46 a.m. Jan. 7. A car was stolen.

SETTLER PL., 5600 block, 8 p.m. Jan. 9. An attempt was made to steal a green 1992 Honda Civic.

ROUTE 97, 800 block, Jan. 12 to 8:17 a.m. Jan. 13. Cabinets, vanities and buckets of paint were stolen from a house under construction entered by breaking a rear window.

LITTLE COVE FARM WAY, 7100 block, 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 7. An attempt was made to enter a residence by kicking in a front door. Minor damage to the door was reported.

BROOKDALE DR., 7000 block, noon Dec. 23 to 10 p.m. Jan. 10. A blue 1996 Volvo GTL was stolen.

HARPERS FARM RD., 5400 block, 11:14 p.m. Jan. 10. Two men in a store forced a manager to the front of the business at gunpoint and took cash from a safe. The robbers then forced the manager into a bathroom and fled.

FALLS RUN RD., 8600 block, 8:34 a.m. Jan. 9. A burgundy 1993 Honda Accord was stolen.

THURSO CT., 5500 block, 11:42 p.m. Jan. 11. An attempt was made to steal a car.

WEST SPRINGS DR., 3100 block, 6:16 p.m. Jan. 10. A gold 2000 Chevrolet Blazer was stolen.

GUILFORD RD., 10800 block, 6:30 p.m. Jan. 7 to 8:05 a.m. Jan. 8. Stereo equipment was stolen from a business entered by breaking the glass of a front door.

PRESTON CT., 8200 block, 10:28 a.m. Jan. 8. A box truck was stolen.

BREWINGTON LANE, 9200 block, 7:15 a.m. to 5:36 p.m. Jan. 13. A TV and 10 video tapes were stolen from a residence entered by smashing a back, ground-level sliding door.

TIGER LILLY PATH, 9700 block, 7 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Jan. 9. A resident arrived home and discovered a second-floor sliding door had been pried open. Nothing was reported missing.

EVENING PRIMROSE, 9700 block, 3:05 p.m. Jan. 8. A 1998 Honda Odyssey was stolen. HOWLAND RD., 9200 block, 8:49 a.m. Jan. 9. A red 1991 Acura was stolen.

SCAGGSVILLE RD., 11200 block, 1:06 p.m. Jan. 10. A car was stolen.

LISBON CENTER DR., 700 block, 4:52 a.m. Jan. 9. Cigarettes were stolen from a convenient store entered by smashing a front door.
