CHARLOTTE HALL AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

WALTERS CT., 8 a.m. Jan. 17 to 2 p.m. Jan. 18. License plates were stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence.

LEONARDTOWN AREA

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

MEDLEY'S NECK RD., 6:30 p.m. Jan. 16 to 8:30 a.m. Jan. 18. A Caterpillar Excavator was damaged at a construction site.

LEXINGTON PARK AREA

ASSAULTS

RIDGE RD., 5 p.m. Jan. 17. A man, 34, assaulted a male youth, 17, at a residence. He was charged with second-degree assault.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

COLUMBIA DR., 11:30 a.m. Jan. 10 to 1:45 p.m. Jan. 14. Two rings were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.

MECHANICSVILLE AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

KAVANAUGH RD., 2 p.m. Jan. 15 to 2 a.m. Jan. 16. Money was stolen from a residence. Entry was gained by kicking in a door. An unlocked vehicle was also entered. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle.

YOWAISKI MILL RD., 11 p.m. Jan. 16 to 5 a.m. Jan. 17. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a residence.
