BROOMES ISLAND, 11:12 a.m. Jan. 21. A suspect armed with a handgun and wearing a ski mask robbed Len's Market. The suspect fled the scene in a full-size maroon vehicle.

CHESAPEAKE BEACH AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CHESAPEAKE BEACH, 10:45 p.m. Jan. 24 to 9:30 a.m. Jan. 25. Beer was stolen from Ledo's Pizza.

HUNTINGTOWN AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HUNTINGTOWN, Jan. 28. Clothing, a Nextel charger, CDs and a Cobra radar detector were stolen from a vehicle parked at Chip's Towing.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

EL PASO CIR., Jan. 26. Three mailboxes were damaged.

PORT REPUBLIC AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

MILLS FIELD LANE, 8:30 p.m. Jan. 18 to 8:30 a.m. Jan. 19. A propane heater and tank and a kerosene heater were stolen from a residence under construction.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA

ROBBERIES

ROUTE 2/4, 12:26 a.m. Jan. 26. A male and female entered Blockbusters. The male displayed a handgun stuffed in the waistband of his pants, the female brandished a pocket knife and they demanded money. They fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

VANDALISM

PRINCE FREDERICK, 6:37 p.m. Jan. 24. The rear of the H & R Block Building in the Fox Run Shopping Center was spray-painted with "Heretic # 6" and two other symbols that could not be identified.
