BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

EDUCATIONAL/SELF-HELP

* Cancer educational support programs for children and teenagers, eight-week discussion and activity groups dealing with ways to manage emotions and changes that come when someone in the family has cancer. * Gentle yoga, dress comfortably and bring a mat or a blanket for these two lunchtime sessions, noon-1:30 p.m. today and next Thursday.

* "Reiki for Relaxation," the placement of hands on different parts of the body to direct energy into an area to release discomfort and tension and enhance well-being, 7-9 p.m. Monday. Dress comfortably.

* On My Own, a group for singles 40 and older to discuss the challenges and coping strategies of having cancer and living alone, 6:15-7:15 p.m. Monday.
