SINGING VALENTINES

A romantic dinner package includes a four-course meal, a long-stemmed rose, and barbershop harmonies by the Southern Maryland Sound, the Patuxent Pearls chapter of the Sweet Adelines, and the Chesapeake Bay Whaling Company and Drum Point Light quartets. A WALK IN THE PARK

Learn about the Potomac River's history while hiking along the shoreline during the Accokeek Foundation's Presidents' Day Shoreline Walk. The three-mile guided hike will include a scavenger hunt and light refreshments after the walk. Hikers should be prepared to wade in shallow water and climb over fallen trees. NAVY FANFARE

The U.S. Navy Concert Band gets toes tapping as the world-famous group performs under the direction of Capt. Ralph Gambone. The program includes Tchaikovsky's waltz from "Sleeping Beauty" and overture to "Romeo and Juliet"; Mozart's "The Marriage of Figaro"; Jacques Press's "Wedding Dance" from "Hasseneh"; and John Philip Sousa's "Our Flirtations," as well as a Gershwin medley and a love song from "The Godfather." 8 p.m. tomorrow.
