* World Heritage is seeking families, couples or single parents (with or without children at home) to host high-school-age foreign exchange students. Host families provide room, board and guidance for a foreign student. For more information, call 800-888-9040 or visit www.world-heritage.org.
* The SPCA of Northern Virginia needs foster homes for dogs and cats. The SPCA does not have a shelter and depends on foster homes for animals that have been rescued from abuse, neglect and abandonment. For more information, call 703-799-9390 or visit www.spcanova.org.
* DanceAbilities Ltd. needs volunteers to help with dance classes for children ages 3-16 with special needs. Dance experience is not necessary; training is provided. For more information, call Lynne Bauer at 703-218-0751.
* The Greater Reston Arts Center (GRACE) needs volunteers for the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival on May 17 and 18. Volunteers are needed to help artists move in and out and for artist relations, beverage sales, chalking, children's play area, festival hospitality, logistics, merchandise, publicity, signs, survey, ticket sales and volunteer coordination.
