COASTAL NAVIGATION COURSE: The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will hold registration for its Coastal Navigation course, 6:30-8 p.m. March 13 in Room C-01 at Great Mills High School. Topics include the marine compass, navigator's tools and equipment, nautical charts, dead reckoning, piloting, set and drift, tides and currents, electronic navigation, reference publications, and fuel management.
