VOCOLOT A CAPPELLA ENSEMBLE

A women's a cappella ensemble performs original music as part of the Pearlstone Foundation Kallah Concert Series. Since 1988, they have been performing across the United States in English and Hebrew, with a sprinkling of Yiddish, Spanish , Arabic and American sign languages. Past performances of the group include the New Israel Fund Banquet, New York; Earth Day Celebration, Oakland, Calif.; Gospel in Paradise Festival, Chico, Calif.; and the Holocaust Oral History Project Tribute with Ed Asner and Andrea Marcovicci, San Francisco. 7 p.m., Sunday. WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH EVENTS

Howard Community College presents a month-long program beginning with a screening of the movie "Enough," a domestic drama/thriller starring Jennifer Lopez , 10:30 a.m. Monday in the new instructional lab building, multipurpose room, and 12:30 p.m. Monday in the Hickory Ridge Building, Room 154; 12:30-2 p.m. next Thursday, Women's Music Video Bingo, test your knowledge of women in the music industry and win prizes, the Galleria of the Science & Technology Building; 12:30 p.m. March 20, "Enough" will be presented and representatives from the STTAR Domestic Violence Center will answer questions; 12:30-2 p.m. March 25, Breast Cancer Awareness Day, Sandy Roemer, a registered nurse and breast health educator from Howard County General Hospital, discusses details about breast cancer and the effects of smoking on women. Throughout the month, additional videos, articles and art will be available in the Office of Student Activities and on display throughout the campus.
