HOMICIDES

EIGHTH ST., 600 block, 3:02 p.m. Feb. 24. An unidentified, unconscious female was found on a street. She was taken to the D.C. Medical Examiner's Office, where she was pronounced dead.

17TH ST., 1200 block, 12:29 a.m. Feb. 21. Calvin Cooper, 39, of the 1200 block of 17th Street NE, was found on a street with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Washington Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead at 1:12 a.m.

17TH ST., 1200 block, 9:46 a.m., Feb. 21. Yolanda Miller, 31, of the 4100 block of Gault Place NE, was found on a street with gunshot wounds to her back and head. She was pronounced dead at 11:19 a.m. at the scene.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

FLORIDA AVE., 800 block, 3:15 p.m. Feb. 19. A male student asked for assistance from a female. She was raped after she entered a room and he locked the door and turned off the lights.

JAY ST., 6:30 a.m. Feb. 25. A 28-year-old male relative molested a male youth. An arrest was made.

ROBBERIES

BENNING RD., 4400 block, 12:20 to 12:37 a.m. Feb. 24. A gunman got into a vehicle at a gas station and ordered a male occupant to drive to the 4700 block of East Capitol Street. Another gunman entered the vehicle, and they ordered the victim to drive to Drake Place SE. The driver was forced out of his vehicle, and both men fled in it.

BLAINE ST., 4900 block, 3 to 3:02 a.m. Feb. 23. Two males threatened a person and robbed the person at gunpoint of a wallet and cell phone.

CENTRAL AVE., 4600 block, 12:01 12:15 a.m. Feb. 27. A gunman, accompanied by a male accomplice, approached a male pedestrian getting out of a subway station station and announced a robbery. The pedestrian escaped. Nothing was reported taken.

CENTRAL AVE., 4600 block, 12:20 to 12:22 a.m. Feb. 27. A gunman and a male accomplice robbed a femaled pedestrian of a purse when she got out of a a subway station. A male pedestrian fled when another man pointed a shotgun at him.

CLAY ST., 3500 block, 2:30 p.m. Feb. 25. A gunman approached a male pedestrian and demanded money. The pedestrian said he didn't have any and was searched by the gunman, who found no property.

F ST., 200 block, 9:50 p.m. Feb. 23. Four male youths, one armed with a knife, robbed a female pedestrian of cash.

H ST., 1900 block, 6:05 a.m. Feb. 25. A male robbed a female pedestrian of property.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 5700 block, between 1:18 to 1:25 p.m. Feb. 22. A male and a female armed with knives, and a female accomplice, robbed a woman and a female teenager of purses and a bank card at a bus stop.

NORTH CAPITOL ST. AND MASSACHUSETTS AVE., 3 a.m. Feb. 15. A male struck a male pedestrian with an unidentified unknown object and robbed him of property.

TAYLOR ST., 300 block, between 11:40 p.m. Feb. 21 and 11:40 p.m. Feb. 21. A gunman and a male armed with a knife forced a male resident to the floor and robbed him of a wallet and cell phone.

SIXTH ST., 700 block, 10:37 p.m. Feb. 23. Three males approached a male entering his residence and demanded money. The resident surrendered cash and a cigarette lighter. After someone threatened to shoot the resident, he gave up his wallet. The assailants fled.

SEVENTH ST., 1100 block, 8:15 p.m. Feb. 22. A gunman robbed two pedestrians of wallets containing cash, credit cards and ATM cards.

NINTH ST. AND BRENTWOOD RD., 11:30 p.m. Feb. 5. A man took property from a safe in a restaurant.

11TH ST., 600 block, between 10:30 to 11:04 p.m. Feb. 21. Two males, one armed with an unidentified object, demanded a purse from a female pedestrian. She complied, and the purse was returned to her.

49TH ST., 700 block, 2:10 a.m. Feb. 23. A gunman and two male accomplices wearing ski masks approached a a male pedestrian and robbed him of a wallet and keys. The pedestrian was told to run, and he heard two gunshots as he fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BLADENSBURG RD., 1000 block, 9 p.m. Feb. 26 to 10 a.m. Feb. 27. A car was stolen from a parking lot entered by cutting a lock off a fence.

CENTRAL PL., 1800 block, 1 a.m. Feb. 23. A video-game console was stolen from a residence entered by unknown means.

EDGEWOOD ST., 600 block, 7:10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 27. A video-game console, video games and DVDs were stolen from a male resident's room in an apartment.

EDSON PL., 4200 block, 11 to 11:10 a.m. Feb. 26. A male in an apartment answered his door, and a male asked to use a telephone. When the male was permitted inside, he showed a knife, tied the occupant's hands and feet and allowed an accomplice to enter. They took a 25-inch TV, a DVD player, a stereo, DVDs and speakers.

F ST., 1200 block, 2 p.m. Feb. 21 to 5 a.m. Feb. 22. A TV was stolen from an apartment by force.

QUARLES ST., 4700 block, 9:05 to 9:14 a.m. Feb. 27. A male forced his way into a residence and robbed a female resident of money orders, jewelry, an income tax check and other property.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 400 block, 5:20 a.m. Feb. 26. A carton of cigarettes and coins were stolen from a restaurant entered by removing an air conditioning vent from the roof.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 3000 block, 7 p.m. Feb. 21 to 8 a.m. Feb. 24. A hydraulic pump, a paint-spray gun and an impact wrench were stolen from a business entered by forcing a security gate.

SHERIFF RD., 5100 block, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 26. Three plastic jugs containing coins were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a rear basement window.

SOUTH DAKOTA AVE., 5500 block, 8:20 p.m. Feb. 26 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 27. Fifteen dollars in coins were stolen from a restaurant entered through the roof.

EIGHTH ST., 3100 block, 1:40 to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 22. A vehicle and a computer were stolen from a business entered by smashing a side window.

20TH ST., 4300 block, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 25. A jacket and a video-game console were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a rear basement door. A male intruder was seen jumping from a second-floor window.

21ST ST., 800 block, 2 to 9 p.m. Feb. 26. DVDs and a credit card were stolen from a residence entered by unknown means.

51ST ST., 200 block, 1 p.m. Feb. 14 to 10 a.m. Feb. 21. Fifty video games were stolen from an apartment entered by forcing a rear window.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

ONTARIO RD., 2500 to 2900 block, 8 a.m. Feb. 22. A man sexually assaulted a female in a house.

KIDNAPPINGS

CONNECTICUT AVE., 4200 block, 7 to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 26. A male armed with a gun forced a female pedestrian into a building and robbed her of property. The male then forced her into a vehicle occupied by another male, and the vehicle was driven for two hours before the men released her.

GEORGIA AVE., 3600 block, 1:30 p.m. Feb. 21. Two women, one armed with a gun, robbed a 37-year-old female pedestrian of cash. The women then forced the pedestrian into a vehicle, and the victim was driven to other locations and forced to withdraw money from bank accounts. The women released her and fled in the vehicle.

ROBBERIES

ALLISON ST., 1600 block, 2 p.m. Feb. 26. A male got out of a vehicle and grabbed an 80-year-old female pedestrian. He choked her, forced her to the ground and robbed her of a purse. The male fled in the vehicle with another male.

ARKANSAS AVE., 4000 block, 8:20 a.m. Feb. 25. Two males assaulted a 29-year-old male pedestrian during an attempt to rob him. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital.

ASPEN ST., 1400 block, 5:35 a.m. Feb. 21. A male snatched a purse from an 85-year-old female pedestrian.

ASPEN ST., 1400 block, 5:35 a.m. Feb. 21. A 63-year-old woman saw a male knock a female down. The male ran up to the witness, grabbed her by the throat and put an unidentified object to her back. The male demanded her bag, and she refused. He dragged her down several stairs, robbed her of the bag and fled in a vehicle.

CHAMPLAIN ST., 2200 block, 10:50 p.m. Feb. 22. A man armed with a syringe robbed a female pedestrian of a wallet.

CONNECTICUT AVE., 1300 block, 5 p.m. Feb. 24. A man bumped into a pedestrian and took the person's wallet.

DECATUR ST., 1300 block, 3:50 p.m. Feb. 21. A man assaulted a 28-year-old male pedestrian and robbed him of a wallet.

DECATUR ST., 4500 block, 2:58 p.m. Feb. 23. A gunman demanded a wallet from a 31-year-old female pedestrian and a 31-year-old male pedestrian. The male ran away, and the female said she didn't have a wallet. The female walked away, and the gunman fled empty-handed.

EUCLID ST., 1500 block, 3:30 p.m. Feb. 22. A man grabbed a female pedestrian by his shirt and robbed him of cash.

F ST., 900 block, 7:15 p.m. Feb. 22. A man punched a male pedestrian in the face, and he fell. The man punched him again and robbed him of cash.

FLORIDA AVE., 1900 block, 9:45 p.m. Feb. 21. A woman in a theater was robbed of a wallet from her purse.

FORT STEVENS DR., 1600 block, 5:30 a.m. Feb. 21. A male snatched a purse from a 36-year-old female pedestrian.

GEORGIA AVE., 3300 block, 12:30 p.m. Feb. 25. A male entered a specialty store and picked up a pair of scissors from a counter. The male threatened a 34-year-old man in the store with them and robbed him of property.

GEORGIA AVE., 4300 block, 11:10 p.m. Feb. 20. Three males, one armed with a gun, robbed a 27-year-old female pedestrian and a 28-year-old male pedestrian of cash. One of the robbers punched the male pedestrian in the face.

HARVARD ST., 1300 block, 6 p.m. Feb. 24. A man grabbed a male pedestrian and choked him, and two other men robbed him of a wallet and jewelry.

HEMLOCK ST., 700 block, 7:38 p.m. Feb. 25. A man snatched a purse from a 47-year-old female pedestrian.

IRVING ST., 1600 block, 6:15 a.m. Feb. 21. Two men got out of a vehicle and attempted to rob a female pedestrian of a purse. A struggle ensued, and the female was forced to the ground. The men robbed her of the purse and fled in the vehicle.

IRVING ST., 1800 block, 8:34 to 8:35 p.m. Feb. 20. Three male teenagers assaulted a 50-year-old female pedestrian and robbed her of a purse.

JEFFERSON ST., 700 block, 6 p.m. Feb. 26. A man armed with a knife robbed a 41-year-old man of a wallet in a hallway. The man stabbed the victim in the thigh and fled.

JEFFERSON ST., 700 block, 2:45 p.m. Feb. 26. A gunman robbed a 38-year-old woman of a purse in a hallway.

LAMONT ST., 1700 block, 10:15 to 10:21 p.m. Feb. 22. Three males beat a 37-year-old male pedestrian during an attempt to rob him of property.

MCKINLEY ST., 3900 block, 9:15 to 9:20 p.m. Feb. 24. Two males demanded bags from two female pedestrians. The females screamed, and the males fled empty-handed.

MONROE ST., 1100 block, 5:40 a.m. Feb. 25. Three males assaulted a 36-year-old male pedestrian and robbed him of a wallet. The victim was transported to a local hospital.

MORTON ST., 600 block, 8:30 to 8:35 p.m. Feb. 21. A group of people surrounded a 17-year-old male pedestrian, and a male teenager assaulted him and robbed him of property.

N ST., 3100 block, 1:05 to 1:11 a.m. Feb. 22. Three males assaulted two female pedestrians and robbed them of a purse.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 1500 block, 6 to 10 p.m. Feb. 20. A person robbed a female of a purse in a hotel.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 1800 block, 8:30 p.m. Feb. 22. A man who claimed to have a gun robbed a female pedestrian of cash.

NEW JERSEY AVE., 1400 block, 8:45 to 9 p.m. Feb. 23. A male driver stopped his vehicle to ask a male for directions. The male displayed a gun and forced the motorist and two other occupants out of the car and robbed the male motorist of a wallet.

NEWTON ST., 1600 block, 6:18 a.m. Feb. 21. A man snatched a purse from a 57-year-old female pedestrian.

NEWTON ST., 1800 block, 9:33 to 9:34 p.m. Feb. 21. Three males got out of a vehicle and robbed a 24-year-old female pedestrian of a cell phone and a purse. The males fled in the vehicle with another male.

PARK RD., 1700 block, 8:10 to 8:12 p.m. Feb. 21. A man grabbed a bag from a 38-year-old female pedestrian. A struggle ensued, and the woman held onto her bag. The man fled with a group of boys.

RENO RD., 3900 block, 11:22 p.m. Feb. 26. A person armed with a gun robbed a male pedestrian of a briefcase and a wallet.

RHODE ISLAND AVENUE AND R STREETS, 11:45 a.m. Feb. 13. A man punched a female pedestrian in the face, knocked her down and rifled through her book bag.

SHERMAN AVE., 2900 block, 9:20 p.m. Feb. 23. A woman assaulted a 64-year-old man and robbed him of property during an altercation in a house.

SPRING RD., 1400 block, 3:25 a.m. Feb. 23. A man struck a 28-year-old male pedestrian in the face with a baseball bat and two other men kicked him. The three men robbed the pedestrian of jewelry. The victim was transported to a local hospital.

SPRING RD., 1400 block, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26. Two males, one armed with an unidentified weapon, robbed a male pedestrian of a wallet.

T ST., 700 block, 7:02 p.m. Feb. 22. A man asked a pedestrian for matches. The pedestrian complied, and the man displayed a knife and robbed the pedestrian of jewelry.

T ST., 1300 block, 1:35 to 1:40 a.m. Feb. 23. Three men armed with a gun and knives robbed two pedestrians of a purse and a cell phone.

T ST., 1300 block, 5:25 p.m. Feb. 25. A male teenager grabbed a male pedestrian, and the teenager and another male teenager robbed the pedestrian of property.

VAN BUREN ST., 1400 block, 5:30 to 5:35 a.m. Feb. 21. A man assaulted a 57-year-old female pedestrian and robbed her of a purse, a pouch and shoes.

VARNUM ST., 400 block, 8:30 p.m. Feb. 24. Three male teenagers armed with guns robbed a male pedestrian of a cell phone, a wallet and clothing.

FIRST AND Q STREETS, 8:30 a.m. Feb. 15. A male punched a male pedestrian and robbed him of eyeglasses.

SEVENTH AND H STREETS, 2 p.m. Feb. 9. A person robbed a female pedestrian of a wallet from her purse.

13TH ST., 4300 block, 12:30 p.m. Feb. 25. A masked male teenager assaulted a 16-year-old male teenager in a stairwell of a school and attempted to rob him of property from his pocket. The victim pulled off the assailant's mask, and a second male attempted to assault the victim. The two robbers fled.

14TH ST., 4700 block, 3:10 p.m. Feb. 23. A man entered a restaurant, displayed a gun and robbed an occupant of cash.

15TH AND GIRARD STREETS, 11:33 p.m. Feb. 20. Two male teenagers armed with a gun and a knife robbed a male pedestrian of a cell phone and a wallet.

16TH ST., 1300 block, 2:50 a.m. Feb. 23. A man armed with a knife robbed a male of a wallet at a hotel. The man cut the victim on a hand.

16TH ST., 6100 block, 3 a.m. Feb. 26. A male teenager asked a 22-year-old female pedestrian for a lighter. The woman complied, and the teenager displayed a gun and robbed her of a coat and fled with another male teenager.

18TH STREET AND ONTARIO ROAD, 2:15 p.m. Feb. 23. A man grabbed a purse of a female pedestrian. The female held onto her property, and the man dragged her until she released the purse. The man fled with it.

18TH ST., 2400 block, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21. A male who acted as if he were armed with a weapon demanded jewelry from a female pedestrian.

18TH ST., 3300 block, 9:15 p.m. Feb. 21. Three male teenagers got out of a sport utility vehicle and asked a 31-year-old male pedestrian for the time. One of the teenagers struck the pedestrian in the face and demanded his wallet. The pedestrian complied, and the three fled in the vehicle.

CHURCH ST., 1400 block, 3 p.m. Feb. 20 to 7 a.m. Feb. 21. A construction site building was entered by breaking a front window and vandalized. Nothing was reported missing.

CENTRAL AVE., 5000 block, 2:41 a.m. Feb. 27. John Dozier, 24, and Wendell Dozier, 32, both of no fixed address, were found on a street with gunshot wounds. John Dozier was taken to Prince George's County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Wendell Dozier was taken to the D.C. Medical Examiner's office, where he was pronounced dead.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

BARNABY TER., 1200 block, 5:30 p.m. Feb. 27. A man entered a passenger seat of a female detective's car in a parking area and grabbed and tried to kiss her. The detective called for assistance over a radio.

ELVANS RD., 2500 block, 1 a.m. Feb. 25. A man forced an 18-year-old woman to have sex with him in a field or wooded area.

MALCOLM X AVE., 5 a.m. Feb. 22. A man sexually assaulted a 38-year-old woman in a home.

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 8 to 8:10 p.m. May 29. A young male sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in a field or woods.

ROBBERIES

AINGER PL., 2300 block, 12:50 a.m. Feb. 21. A gunman robbed a 44-year-old man of property and fled with another male.

ELY PL., 3500 block, 11:30 to 11:32 p.m. Feb. 26. A gunman approached a male walking his dog and demanded property. He fled empty-handed after the dog jumped on him.

GOOD HOPE RD., 1300 block, 9:10 a.m. Feb. 27. A bank was robbed of cash by a man who handed a teller a note reading, "Give me all the bills out your register now or some bodies are going to start dumping."

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 3000 block, 11:35 p.m. Feb. 25. A gunman approached a 22-year-old woman pumping gas at a service station and took her car.

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 3000 block, 12:05 a.m. Feb. 26. A 52-year-old man was approached by five pedestrians, who started a fight with him and attempted to take property from his pockets.

PENNSYLVANIA AVE., 3200 block, 9:50 to 10 p.m. Feb. 24. A gunman robbed an employee of money from a cash register in a convenience store and fled with another male.

QUEENS STROLL PL., 5200 block, 9:50 to 9:53 p.m. Feb. 27. A gunman took a pedestrian's purse and a gold bracelet.

SMITH PL., 1400 block, 11:06 p.m. Feb. 27. A gunman demanded money from a 22-year-old male pedestrian and shot him in the groin.

SOUTHERN AVE., 800 block, 1:15 a.m. Feb. 22. A 22-year-old man was approached by a gunman who said, "Give it up." The pedestrian tried to run away, but the gunman fired a bullet, which hit the man in the left foot. The injured man was taken to a hospital.

T ST., 3200 block, 6:45 to 7 p.m. Feb. 21. Two cars occupied by 12 people approached a male as he got off a Metro bus. Eight people got out of the cars, and one produced a gun and said, "Give me everything you got," while another male punched the victim. Two basketball jerseys, a baseball cap, a cell phone and a CD player were taken.

EIGHTH ST., 700 block, 3:25 p.m. Feb. 21. A male entered a dry-cleaning business and asked that a jacket be cleaned, then showed a folding knife and demanded money from an employee. The employee said he had no money, and the robber tried to stab him. The employee grabbed the knife, and a struggle ensued. The robber fled empty-handed.

NINTH ST., 3700 block, 1:25 p.m. Feb. 25. A gunman robbed a 38-year-old man of property in a parking area.

10TH ST. AND INDEPENDENCE AVE., 11:35 p.m. Feb. 24. A person accompanied by another person ordered a pedestrian to surrender property from his pockets. The pedestrian complied.

10TH ST. AND SOUTH CAROLINA AVE., 9:15 p.m. Feb. 21. Four males surrounded a female pedestrian and demanded money. The woman screamed and fell . Witnesses assisted her, and the four males fled empty-handed.

12TH ST., 200 block, 12:15 a.m. Feb. 25. A male walking away from a Metro station was approached by three males, one of whom asked him for the time and then pushed him to the ground. While the first attacker held the man, the other two searched his pockets. The three fled with his property.

28TH ST., 2800 block, 10:50 p.m. Feb. 25. A gunman robbed an 18-year-old woman of a purse and papers at a residence.

37TH ST., 400 block, 10:50 a.m. Feb. 23. A 48-year-old man and a female acquaintance were arguing inside the woman's car. The man pulled the woman out of the car and drove away in it.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ALABAMA AVE., 500 block, 9 p.m. Feb. 23. A VCR, a karaoke machine and a stereo were taken from a home entered through a front window.

ALABAMA AVE., 2800 block, 8:45 p.m. Feb. 20 to 9:10 a.m. Feb. 21. A shoe store was entered through the front door, and 16 jerseys were stolen.

ALABAMA AVE., 3900 block, 8:43 p.m. Feb. 22 to 9:35 p.m. Feb. 22. A home was entered by breaking a rear window, and a Sony Playstation 2 game console was taken.

CHESAPEAKE ST., 500 block, 1 p.m. Feb. 27. A male entered a home by forcing a back door. He attempted to steal something, then fled after a resident stopped him.

D ST., 600 block, 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 24. Property was taken from a home.

DOUGLASS PL., 2600 block, 3:30 p.m. Feb. 25 to 7 a.m. Feb. 26. A construction site was entered by force, and three vanity cabinets and a marble vanity countertop were taken.

L ST., 1300 block, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 22. Property was taken from a home entered through a rear door.

MISSISSIPPI AVE., 1100 block, 4 to 4:45 a.m. Feb. 22. A gunman forced his way into an apartment saying, "Where's my money?" He shot six people in the legs and hands, then fled. The wounded were taken to a hospital.

PENNSYLVANIA AVE., 3400 block, 3 to 11:30 p.m. Feb. 21. A church was entered by forcing the front door, and a computer monitor was taken.

SKYLAND PL., 2300 block, 5 to 10 p.m. Feb. 22. Glasses, earrings and pictures were taken from a home entered through a rear window. A computer was placed in a tub of water, and water was poured on a TV.

SOUTH CAPITOL ST., 1700 block, 8:58 p.m. to 10:03 p.m. Feb. 25. Computers and computer accessories were taken from an office building entered by pushing an air conditioning unit.

SOUTH CAROLINA AVE., 200 block, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 24. A property was entered through an attached garage, and property was taken.

U ST., 1800 block, 1 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 24. A video-game system and other property were stolen from an apartment.

W ST., 1500 block, 6:45 p.m. Feb. 24. Three male teenagers threw snowballs at a 59-year-old man and entered his home by kicking his front door. The teenagers demanded money, then fled when the man refused. A 17-year-old male was arrested.

THIRD ST., 1000 block, 8:30 a.m. Feb. 22 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 23. Property was stolen from a home entered through a rear door.

12TH ST., 300 block, 3:30 p.m. Feb. 23 to 11 a.m. Feb. 24. A construction site was entered by kicking in a rear door. Property was taken.

12TH ST., 700 block, 9:30 to 10 p.m. Feb. 20. A man leaving a public housing project allegedly told a female resident he was going to kill her brother. The woman then noticed her window had been broken.

18TH ST., 3300 block, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 24. Property was stolen from a home possibly entered with a duplicate key.

30TH ST., 2200 block, 6 p.m. Feb. 18 to 6:10 p.m. Feb. 21. Front and rear doors of a home were damaged in unsuccessful attempts to enter it.

58TH ST., unit block, 1:30 to 1:35 a.m. Feb. 27. A man knocked on a female aquaintance's door. When she answered, he said he was there to pick up his cell phone. He then saw that another man was at the home, pushed the door open, punched her, then left.

FORRESTER ST. AND GALVESTON PL., 5:20 a.m. Feb. 23.

Two men helped push a 31-year-old man's vehicle out of the snow, then asked for payment. The driver gave each $3. One of the men said it was not enough and robbed the driver at gunpoint of his wallet, papers, permit and keys.

THIRD AND K STREETS, 12:10 p.m. Feb. 22. A gunman robbed a male pedestrian of cash.

I ST., 200 block, 12:25 a.m. Feb. 25. Property was taken from a home.

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 4600 block, 6:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Feb. 27. A microwave oven, a TV, a DVD player, a VCR and four DVDs were taken from an apartment.SOUTH CAPITOL ST., 4400 block, 2:23 a.m. Feb. 21. A man used a tire iron in an attempt to remove bars from a store. When police officers approached, the man hid behind a file cabinet. A man, 41, was arrested.
