MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

AUTO DR., 12400 block, Feb.17 to 4 p.m. Feb. 27. A black 1998 Jeep Cherokee was stolen.

AUTO DR., 12400 block, Feb. 24 to 12:40 p.m. Feb. 27. A green 1997 Dodge Dakota was stolen.

COLUMBIA AREA

ROBBERIES

COLUMBIA RD., 5600 block, 9:15 p.m. March 4. Two males, one showing what appeared to be a gun, demanded a wallet from a male walking to his vehicle. Nothing was reported taken.

CLOUDLEAP CT., 8700 block, 10:18 p.m. Feb. 28. Three males near apartment buildings in the Long Reach Village Center threatened to shoot a pedestrian and demanded cash. No weapon was reported. The pedestrian was forced to the ground, kicked and punched. The robbers rifled through the pedestrian's pockets and fled empty-handed.

WINCOPIN CIR., 10200 block, 1:29 a.m. March 1. Two males entered a restaurant through a back door and forced a female at gunpoint to lead them to the manager's office. They accosted a manager and took cash and property. A chef confronted them and they drew a handgun and fled the restaurant. Police responded and found the two running on a footbridge over Route 29. Police arrested two men, ages 22 and 23. A loaded revolver and cash were recovered.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BIRD RACE, 6200 block, 9:26 p.m. March 4. Two bicycles were stolen from a residential garage.

COLUMBIA GATEWAY DR., 7100 block, March 1 to March 3. A circuit board to a heat pump was stolen from an office entered through an unlocked door.

CROSS FOX LANE, 10400 bloc, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21 to 6:30 a.m. Feb. 27. A business was entered. Nothing was reported taken.

LITTLE PATUXENT PKWY., 10300 block, 9:50 p.m. Feb. 26. A store inside Columbia Mall was entered.

LITTLE PATUXENT PKWY., 10700 block, 7 p.m. Feb. 24 to 2 a.m. Feb. 25. A TV and a satellite receiver were stolen from a business entered by breaking a front glass door. Police stopped a vehicle and the occupants fled on foot. The reported stolen property was recovered. No arrests were reported.

RAVENHILL ROW, 5000 block, 4:15 p.m. March 3. A DVD player and a stereo system were stolen from a residence. Three males were seen leaving the home and fleeing in an older-model gold or silver two-door vehicle.

ROLL RIGHT CT., 8800 block, 9:51 a.m. March 3. An occupant in an apartment heard a noise at a door, found the door had been pried and saw a person walking away.

TAMAR DR., 8200 block, 5:50 pm. March 3. Two males were seen breaking a side window of the snack bar at a community pool. A soda machine was found smashed and the main building next to the pool had been vandalized.

COLUMBIA RD., 4900 block, 2 p.m. March 2 to 8:57 a.m. March 3. A green 1999 Acura Integra was stolen.

COLUMBIA RD., 5300 block, 2:30 to 3:39 a.m. March 3. A silver 1998 Honda Civic was stolen.

LITTLE PATUXENT PKWY., 10900 block, 4:11 p.m. March 3. A white 1994 Honda Accord was stolen.

SANFORD BLVD., 8800 block, 5 to 6 p.m. Feb. 27. A green 1998 Honda Civic was stolen.

SNOWDEN RIVER PARKWAY AND ROUTE 175, 4:48 p.m. Feb. 28. A silver 1996 Honda Civic was stolen.

SKYROCK CT., 8900 block, 6:07 a.m. March 5. A 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager was stolen.

TURNABOUT LANE, 5900 block, 8:32 a.m. March 4. A 1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was stolen.

BROOKDALE DR., 7000 block, Feb. 19 to Feb. 26. Three big-screen TVs were stolen from a business.

MARSHALEE DR., 6300 block, 7 p.m. Feb. 25 to 7:30 a.m. Feb. 26. Cash was stolen from a restaurant entered by removing a pane of glass from one of the doors.

BROOKDALE DR., 7100 block, 3:13 p.m. Feb. 28. A green 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis was stolen.

ELK MAR DR., 7100 block, 12;07 p.m. Feb. 26. A Honda Civic was stolen.

ROWANBERRY DR., 5700 block, 2 to 9 a.m. March 2. An attempt was made to steal a blue 1994 Honda Accord.

ROWANBERRY DR., 5700 block, 6:44 a.m. March 3. An attempt was made to steal a 1998 Honda Civic.

ROBBERIES

COLUMBIA 100 PKWY., 8800 block, 4:50 to 4:52 a.m. Feb. 27. A male in a motel asked a desk clerk if there were any rooms available and at what cost, then asked for change for a dollar. While the cash drawer was open, the male pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the drawer. The clerk complied and the robber fled with cash.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HIGH RIDGE, 8400 block, 9:30 p.m. Feb. 27. A woman entered a residence without permission and assaulted a person inside the house. An arresting officer was also assaulted. A 43-year-old woman was arrested.

OLD COLUMBIA RD., 3900 block, 2:30 p.m. Feb. 26 to 1 p.m. Feb. 28. Power tools were stolen from a residence entered through an unsecured door.

U.S. 40, 9400 block, 6:45 p.m. Feb. 26 to 5:10 p.m. Feb. 27. Cash was stolen from a business entered by breaking out the front-door glass with a rock.

U.S. 40, 10100 block, 4:44 a.m. March 3. A delivery person found a front door to a convenience store had been pried. An alarm was not activated and nothing was reported taken.

WEST SPRINGS DR., 3100 block, 7 p.m. Feb. 25 to 7:30 a.m. Feb. 26. An orange salt spreader was stolen from a storage garage of an apartment complex entered by prying open a gate.

BALTIMORE NATIONAL PIKE, 8500 block, 10 a.m. Feb. 28 to 10:30 a.m. March 4. A white 2003 Ford Crown Victoria was stolen.

GUILFORD RD., 10800 block, 5:26 a.m. March 2. Computers, a stereo and a TV were stolen from a business entered by smashing a front glass door.

PRESTON CT., 8200 block, Feb. 28 to March 3. A 20-foot box truck was stolen.

ROBBERIES

MANORWOOD RD., 9000 block, noon, Feb. 26. A person was robbed of cash.

SYLVAN STILL RD., 9500 block, 9:38 p.m. March 1. Four males demanded cash from a pizza deliveryman as he was leaving an apartment complex and walking back to his car. One of the males punched the deliveryman in the face, forcing him to the ground where he was kicked several times. The deliveryman got up and ran toward the apartment complex. The robbers fled empty-handed.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

NORTHGATE RD., 9300 block, 4:30 to 6 p.m. March 3. Cash was taken from a residence entered through an unsecured window.

GUILFORD RD., 9100 block, 6 p.m. March 1. Three laptop computers were stolen from a business entered by prying open a rear door.

GUILFORD RD., 9100 block, 5 p.m. Feb. 27 to 8 a.m. Feb. 28. A laptop computer and a projector were stolen from a business. There were no signs of forced entry.

WASHINGTON BLVD., 10100 block, 9:50 p.m. Feb. 26. An attempt was made to enter a business by kicking out a window.

WASHINGTON BLVD., 10100 block, 8:21 p.m. Feb. 27. A business was entered by kicking out a panel in a side bay door. Nothing was reported taken.

WASHINGTON BLVD., 10100 block, 2 a.m. to 8:20 p.m. March 2. A front glass door to a business was shattered with a rock and a file drawer was opened. Nothing was reported taken.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

CRESTHILL CT., 8700 block, 12:30 to 8:22 a.m. March 3. A silver Volkswagen Golf was stolen.

WASHINGTON BLVD., 10100 block, 10:55 a.m. March 3. A 2002 Kia was stolen.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

BALTIMORE ST., 8800 block, 9:30 p.m. Feb. 26 to 9 a.m. Feb. 27. A red 2003 Honda CR85 mini-bike was stolen.
