INDIAN HEAD AREA

ROBBERY

DAVIS DR., 8:31 p.m. March 15. A man, 38, entered a residence through an unlocked door and assaulted a man, 44, with a tire iron. The attacker also demanded money. The victim complied, and the suspect fled the scene. He was charged with two counts of armed robbery, first-degree assault and first-degree burglary.

WALDORF AREA

ASSAULT

NIGHT HERON PL., 4000 block, 11:50 p.m. March 18. A woman, 24, assaulted another woman, 40. She was charged with second-degree assault and possession of marijuana.

ROBBERY

LEONARDTOWN RD., 3400 block, 9:20 a.m. March 17. A suspect posing as a police officer knocked on the door of the Pizza Hut, brandished a handgun and demanded money from employees. They complied, and he fled the scene.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ST. MARK'S DR., 3900 block, March 15 to 17. A Gateway computer and CD player were stolen from Children's World.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

ALMOND SUNSET LANE, March 14 to 17. A backhoe was spray-painted, and a control panel in the cab was damaged.

VEHICLE THEFTS

AMBER LEAF PL., 2000 block, midnight to 9:30 a.m. March 2. Attempts were made to steal four Honda Civics and one Honda Accord. Vehicle windows were broken and ignitions were damaged.
