Riders from 10 hunt clubs in the mid-Atlantic region took part in events last week at Mount Victoria Farm in southern Charles County. The gathering was organized and hosted by the De La Brooke Foxhounds of Charles County. Last Sunday the riders went off at 10 a.m. The chase was followed by a hunt breakfast.
Michael Sullivan of De La Brooke said the event was the first of its kind in the area, although members of the local group have traveled to North Carolina and elsewhere for multi-club hunts.
