BUTLER, Joan Marie, 69, of Herndon, formerly of Calvert County, editor for the federal government, died March 20 at Solomons Nursing Center.

MUDD, Elinor Lorraine, 81, of Prince Frederick, clerk-typist for the federal government, died March 20 at Calvert County Nursing Home.


FAILINGER, Donald Ray, 60, of Waldorf, meat cutter with Safeway, died March 24 at Southern Maryland Hospital.

HART, Reba Geraldine, 85, of Waldorf, switchboard operator, died March 25 at Southern Maryland Hospital.

KERSEY, Nettie Vernon, 78, of La Plata, school crossing guard, died March 20 at Civista Medical Center.

McGRATH, Howard James, 87, of Waldorf, attorney, died March 25 at home.

PATTON, Jerrie Linda, 52, of Bryans Road, secretary for the Department of Agriculture, died March 23 at Civista Medical Center.

REECE, Joe Donald Jr., 40, of Leonardtown, technician with Southern Maryland Oil, died March 21 in Leonardtown.

TURI, Bela Sr., 63, of Newburg, bricklayer, died March 14 at Civista Medical Center.
