MUSEUM CELEBRATION

Enjoy Earth Day festivities at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum. Activities throughout the day will include kite flying by the Calvert Optimist Club, tours of the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Lab and stargazing at sunset. MUSICAL PROGRAM

A class for a child and a parent presents an informal musical experience -- not performance-oriented, developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents. Open to children from newborns to 5-year-olds. The class will meet for eight weeks on Thursdays. 10:30-11:15 a.m., April 24-June 12. WORKING WOMAN'S APPRECIATION DAY

Sponsored by the Charles County Chamber of Commerce, the event will feature a luncheon, a fashion show, a performance by Maurice J.
