OFFICIALS, CLOCK OPERATORS NEEDED: The Northern Virginia Football Officials Association (NVFOA) is seeking new members for its 2004 training class. The NVFOA is the sole supplier of high school football officials for the cities of Alexandria, Winchester and Falls Church, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Stafford, Fauquier and Warren. Football officials also are supplied for the Interstate Athletic Conference, the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference, and the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference. Training classes begin June 28. HALL OF FAME BANQUET: The Better Sports Club/Arlington Sports Hall of Fame's 48th Annual Awards Banquet will be held June 2, 2004, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Arlington. At the banquet, awards will be presented to Arlington's youth athletes, graduating senior high school student-athletes and coaches. In addition, George C.
