Dale City Area

ROBBERIES

DALE BLVD, 4100 block, 5:55 p.m. April 28. Two men with knives entered a check-cashing business and demanded money from a female employee, 32. A struggle ensued, and the employee stabbed one robber in the neck with a pen. A robber then cut her hand with a knife. The woman gave the men money, and they fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BIRCHDALE AVE., 14200 block, 1:30 to 5 p.m. May 2. Cash was stolen from a house.

DILLON AVE., 14700 block, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 30. A video game system, games, jewelry and liquor were stolen from a house entered by breaking a door window.

HAVERING WAY, 5100 block, 9:40 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 29. A video game system and games were stolen from a house entered through a window.

KELMONT CT., 13500 block, noon April 28 to 7 p.m. April 30. A residence was entered by breaking a door window. Nothing was reported missing.

TAVENER LOOP, 13000 block, 8:30 p.m. April 27 to 7:30 a.m. April 28. Cash and CDs were stolen from an unlocked car at a house.

Lake Ridge Area

ROBBERIES

BOMBAY AND ANTWERP WAYS, 11:25 p.m. April 27. Four men, one with a gun, forced two men, 18 and 19, out of a black 1991 Ford Taurus and took the vehicle, cash and a cell phone.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

INGLEBROOK DR., 1900 block, 4 p.m. April 27 to 1 p.m. April 28. A bumper was stolen from a car at a house.

Manassas Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

GAMBRIL DR., 10800 block, 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 29. Jewelry was stolen from a house entered by forcing a window screen.

SUDLEY MANOR DR., 10700 block, 6 to 6:30 p.m. April 26. Stereo equipment was stolen from a car at a store. The vehicle was entered by breaking a window.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

STOCKBRIDGE DR. AND TACONIC CIR., 3 a.m. May 1. Four wheels were stolen from a car at a house.

Woodbridge Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BUILD AMERICA DR., 14700 block, 6 p.m. April 30 to 9 a.m. May 1. A red 2000 Ford Contour and cash were stolen from an auto repair business entered by forcing a door.

HEATHER GLEN CT., 1800 block, midnight May 1 to 9:30 a.m. May 2. Stereo equipment was stolen from a car at a house. The vehicle was entered by breaking a window.

LYNN ST., 13700 block, 8 a.m. April 23 to 8:30 a.m. May 3. A residence was entered by forcing a door. Nothing was reported missing.

RIPPLE CREEK CT., 12700 block, 8 a.m. to 9:10 p.m. April 28. A gun, stereo equipment, a DVD player and liquor were stolen from a house entered by breaking a rear-door window.

RIVER BEND WAY, 1700 block, 4 to 4:30 a.m. May 3. An attempt was made to enter a house by forcing a window.

VARSITY DR., 1700 block, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 27. A power tool was stolen from an unlocked truck at a house.

BUTTRESS LANE, 8300 block, April 29 to May 4. Jewelry was stolen from a house entered by forcing a front door.

MAIN ST., 9300 block, 7 p.m. May 3 to 8 a.m. May 4. An attempt was made to enter an office by forcing a side door.

ZIMBRO AVE., 9700 block, 4:46 a.m. May 4. Liquor was stolen from a restaurant entered by breaking a front-door window.
