WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Warm honey bun, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers.

Lunch: Nachos with chili, cheese sauce and roll, Italian hot pocket, deli turkey sandwich, yogurt snack, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese or chicken Caesar salad.

Green peas, fresh banana, spinach salad or fresh apple.

THURSDAY

Breakfast: Bagel and jelly, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers.

Lunch: Taco, macaroni and cheese with corn muffin, hoagie sandwich, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese or with tuna.

Mixed vegetables, cucumber and carrots with dip or chilled pears.

FRIDAY

Breakfast: Pork sausage and pancake on a stick, yogurt and a biscuit, cereal and a biscuit or two biscuits and jelly.

Lunch: Pizza (cheese, pepperoni or vegetarian), fish fillet on bun, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese or with ham and egg.
