Ashburn Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

DEEP WOODS TER., 21000 block, 10 p.m. May 6 to 8 a.m. May 7. Tools were stolen from a vehicle.

LIVINGSTON DR., 22000 block, 4 p.m. May 4 to noon May 5. A microwave oven was stolen from a house under construction.

LOWERY PARK TER., 2000 block, 7 p.m. May 6 to 8 a.m. May 7. Five satellite dish receivers were stolen from a vehicle.

NATIONS ST., 42000 block, 3 p.m. April 30 to 11 a.m. May 1. Two refrigerators were stolen from houses under construction, and a wooden floor was damaged.

SYCOLIN ROAD AND ROUTE 267, 2 to 3:42 p.m. May 8. Two vehicles were entered, and cash, golf clubs, CDs, sunglasses and a cell phone were stolen.

VANDALISM

KIRKLAND ST., 42000 block, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 1. A vehicle window was damaged.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

COURTLAND PARK DR., 22000 block, 4 p.m. April 30 to 7:30 a.m. May 3. A refrigerator was stolen from a garage at a house under construction.

Leesburg Area

ASSAULTS

ADAMS DR. NE, 100 block, 11:24 a.m. May 10. Police responded to an argument.

BALLS BLUFF ROAD, 4 to 4:15 p.m. May 7. A gunman came out of a wooded area at a park and demanded cash from a man waiting for a friend to go fishing. The man said he had none and turned to run away. The robber shot him in the foot and fled. The victim drove himself home. A friend later took him to Loudoun Hospital Center for treatment.

BRADFIELD DR. SW, 1000 block, 4:03 p.m. May 9. An assault at a residence was reported to police.

CATOCTIN CIR. NE, 1 to 100 block, 6:28 p.m. May 7. Telephone threats at a business were reported to police.

CATOCTIN CIR. NE, 700 block, 2:10 p.m. May 10. Telephone threats at a residence were reported to police.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 1 to 100 block, 10:50 p.m. May 9. An assault was reported to police.

LEESBURG MOBILE PARK SE, 11:50 a.m. May 6. An assault was reported to police.

MARKET ST. E., 600 block, 4:50 p.m. May 11. Verbal threats were reported to police.

MARKET ST. E., 700 block, 6:45 p.m. May 7. An assault at a business was reported to police.

MARKET ST. E., 700 block, 1:22 a.m. May 8. An assault at a cafe was reported to police.

PLAZA ST. NE, 1 to 100 block, 10:38 p.m. May 8. An assault at a residence was reported to police.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 900 block, 12:39 p.m. May 8. A person pumped gasoline at a service station and did not pay.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 100 block, 10:50 p.m. May 9. A charcoal grill was stolen from a front porch at a residence.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 200 block, 4:50 p.m. May 6. Embezzlement at a business was reported to police.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 200 block, 4:44 p.m. May 7. A diamond ring was stolen from a safe deposit box at a bank.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 200 block, 1:15 p.m. May 10. A power drill was stolen from a business.

MARKET ST. E., 700 block, 9:47 p.m. May 7. A red sombrero was stolen from a restaurant.

VANDALISM

BELMONT DR. SW, 100 block, 7:20 a.m. May 11. A vehicle window was broken.

BIRCH ST. NE, 200 block, 8:09 p.m. May 11. A chain-link fence at a residence was damaged.

KING ST. N., 800 block, 1:21 p.m. May 7. A backhoe window was damaged.

KING ST. N., 800 block, 2:28 p.m. May 6. A building was entered, and walls were marked with graffiti.

MARKET ST. E., 700 block, 4:52 a.m. May 8. A chair at a motel was damaged.

MEADOWS LANE NE, 200 block, 8:47 p.m. May 6. A sliding glass door at a residence was damaged by pellets from a BB gun.

12TH ST., 400 block, May 4. Stereo equipment was stolen from a vehicle.

BRIDGE HAMPTON SQ., 42000 block, 2 to 7 p.m. May 4. Two guitars were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.

Sterling Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

DOUGLAS CT., 23000 block, 5 p.m. May 6 to 5:45 a.m. May 7. Cash was stolen from two businesses.

SULLY RD., 1000 block, 12:05 to 12:40 a.m. May 5. A laptop computer, a suitcase and a briefcase were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

PACIFIC BLVD., 21000 block, 6 p.m. May 7. A man walked into a BMW dealership and asked to test drive a vehicle. He was refused, then took a key from a desk and left with the vehicle.

VANDALISM

BEECH RD. E., 1000 block, 2:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 6. A vehicle window was damaged.

SHAW RD., 22000 block, 5 p.m. May 4 to 2:45 p.m. May 5. A window at a business was damaged by pellets from a BB gun.

TRIPLE SEVEN ROAD, midnight April 30 to noon May 1. A community sign was marked with graffiti.
