Comedy in the Ruins
The Chesapeake Shakespeare Company's production of "Much Ado About Nothing" allows patrons to experience theater while surrounded by historical ruins. Three family events are being combined into a multi-generational fair with more than 60 exhibitors that will provide information on care giving, children, family relationships and personal well-being. "It's a Family Affair" is a mixture of KidsFest, the ACS Community Service Fair and the Family Caregivers Fair. Entertainment will include performances by Stratofunk, the Dance Foundation, Kangaroo Kids and the Golden Girls Singers. Face-painting and snacks such as popcorn and pizza will also be available.
