JESS ADAM, Severn, Sr.

Two-time All-County selection scored 45 goals with 52 assists and led the Admirals to the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference semifinals. Midfielder compiled 189 points the last two years. Will play at Duke.

Coach of the Year

DANA RIGOT, Spalding

Former St. Mary's defender guided the Cavaliers to a 14-6 record and a berth in the IAAM B Conference final. Three of Spalding's losses came by one or two goals, and among its victories was an 8-5 upset of St. Mary's.

First Team

ALLIE BOUTE, St. Mary's, Sr. G: Allowed 7.5 goals per game and stopped 59 percent of the shots she faced. Will play for Maryland.

CARA CERONE, Annapolis, Jr. A: Three-year starter was an offensive force. She scored 70 goals and added 57 assists for the Panthers despite defenses designed to stop her.

JENNA HUBBARD, St. Mary's, Sr. A: Had a team-high 50 goals for the Saints and added 11 assists. Will play for Richmond.

ALLIE JOHNSON, Broadneck, Sr. M: Four-year starter and repeat All-County selection scored 58 goals and had 37 assists to help lead the Bruins to the county championship and the Maryland 4A/3A East Region final. Will play for Duke.

KIMBERLY KONTSON, South River, Sr. M: Scored 50 goals with 33 assists for the Seahawks. Also won 55 draws and scooped up 38 groundballs. Will play for Penn State.

KACIE MINNER, Annapolis, Jr. D: Fast and aggressive, Minner marked each opponent's top player. Had a goal and an assist and was integral to the Panthers' clears.

BRIONNA NED, Severn, Sr. M: Had 13 goals and seven assists but did most of her work on defense in helping the Admirals to the IAAM A Conference semifinals. Had 39 groundballs. Will play for Stanford.

ASHLEY PASCHALL, Spalding, Sr. M: Repeat All-County selection scored an astounding 92 goals with 41 assists and added 53 groundballs and 52 draw controls. Four-year starter will play for Vanderbilt.

KIMI PASTRANA, Sr. Mary's, Sr. M: Repeat all-county selection scored 24 goals and had 18 assists for the Saints. Will play for Duke.

SONIA POERIO, Broadneck, Sr. D: Quiet leader keyed a defense that held South River to a season-low six goals in the county championship game. Had 56 groundballs.

KATIE PUMPHREY, Severna Park, Sr. D: Repeat All-County selection and three-year starter had 26 goals, 12 assists and 46 groundballs while leading the Falcons defense. Will play for Maryland.

AMANDA SPINNENWEBER, Chesapeake, Soph. M: Scored a team-high 45 goals with 17 assists in 11 games. Also an honorable mention All-County girls' basketball selection.

FRANNIE SULLIVAN, South River, Sr. A: Four-year starter scored 54 goals, including the game-winner in the Seahawks' 14-13 overtime victory over Broadneck in the Maryland 4A/3A East Region final, and had 21 assists. Will play for Ohio University.

CAITLIN SWIFT, Spalding, Sr. A: Swift, who will play for Boston College next year, registered 90 points for the Cavaliers. She finished her career with 252 points.
