ROBBERIES

DUKE ST., 3000 block, 11 p.m. June 11. A man got out of a gray Honda and grabbed a purse from a woman, 50, who was leaving a convenience store. When the robber got back into the car, a bystander reached inside the car and retrieved the victim's purse. The robber fled in the car with another male.

QUANTRELL AVE., 5900 block, 10:25 to 10:32 p.m. June 14. A male followed a female pedestrian, 22, then tried to grab her purse. The robber hit the victim in the face, and she screamed. The robber fled empty-handed

RIPLEY ST. N., 100 block, 10:25 p.m. June 11. Two men approached a female, 21, who was sitting at a bus stop and robbed her of cash and a cell phone.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

MADISON ST., 300 block, 12:30 to 8:40 a.m. June 13. Cash was stolen from a business entered by forcing open a side window.

QUANTRELL AVE., 5800 block, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. June 15. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.

ROSEMONT AVE., 1-100 block, 1:30 to 2 p.m. June 16. A residence was entered through an unlocked rear door. Nothing was reported missing.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

ALFRED ST. S., 600 block, 9 p.m. June 13 to 10 a.m. June 14. A black 1993 Toyota Camry was stolen.

NORTH BEAUREGARD STREET AND FILLMORE AVENUE, 5:30 to 11:10 p.m. June 14. A green 2002 Toyota Camry was stolen.

COMMONWEALTH AVE., 3500 block, 10:30 p.m. June 16 to 1:16 a.m. June 17. A silver 2004 Suzuki Forenza was stolen.

GLEBE RD. W., 900 block, 11:50 to 11:55 p.m. June 9. A cream 1985 Toyota van was stolen.

JAMIESON AVE., 1400 block, 11:15 p.m. June 10 to 8 a.m. June 11. A white 1996 Ford Econoline van was stolen.

KNOLE CT., 5300 block, 12:30 to 5:30 a.m. June 11. A red 1995 Honda Civic was stolen.

MORGAN ST. N., 5400 block, 8 p.m. June 10 to 5 p.m. June 11. A green 2000 Dodge Caravan was stolen.

PATRICK ST. N., 300 block, 7:45 a.m. to 1:27 p.m. June 15. A light green 1995 Ford Escort station wagon was stolen.

PICKETT ST. S., 100 block, 10:24 a.m. June 1 to 8:45 a.m. June 9. A gray 2004 Infinity sport utility vehicle was stolen.

QUAKER LANE N., 1500 block, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 11. A blue 1998 Dodge Caravan was stolen.

QUANTRELL AVE., 5800 block, 3 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 10. A red 1998 Honda Civic was stolen.

ROANOKE AVE., 5400 block, 2 to 10 a.m. June 13. A black 2002 Dodge Intrepid was stolen.

SHEFFIELD CT., 5400 block, 9:15 p.m. June 12 to 9:30 a.m. June 13. A red 1998 Dodge Intrepid was stolen.

ROBBERIES

FILLMORE ST. N., 200 block, 2:30 a.m. June 16. A man and three females in a silver Toyota threw bottles at another vehicle occupied by a woman, 19, and her friend, in the District. The victims followed the assailants into Arlington and called District police. The car occupied by the assailants stopped, and the occupants confronted the victims. The assailants took the woman's cell phone and other property.

GREENBRIER ST. S., 800 block, 10:25 p.m. June 10. A man knocked a female pedestrian, 35, to the ground, grabbed her purse and fled.

LEE HWY., 3100 block, 2:20 p.m. June 16. A man in a store approached a customer service desk where personnel were counting money, pushed aside a clerk, grabbed cash and fled.

STAFFORD ST. N., 1000 block, 9 p.m. June 12. Two men pushed a male pedestrian, 32, to the ground, beat him and took his wallet and cell phone. A District man, 21, was arrested and charged with robbery.

28TH ST. S., 1300 block, 4:30 p.m. June 11. A man claiming to be a grocery store security guard accused a female customer, 55, of passing counterfeit money and ushered her into a gray Honda driven by a second male. The first man demanded the victim's wallet, removed cash, then released her from the car.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ARLINGTON RIDGE RD. S., 1700 block, 8:30 p.m. June 9 to 6:45 a.m. June 10. Several pieces of equipment were stolen from a construction trailer entered by cutting locks on doors.

HERNDON ST. N., 1800 block, 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. June 10. A man who had approached a resident at a home about his alleged yard service business was seen leaving the home after the resident went outside, leaving the front door ajar. Jewelry was missing.

WILSON BLVD., 3300 block, 11:10 a.m. June 9. A man was seen trying to enter motel rooms. When a housekeeper confronted the man, he fled on a bike. Nothing was reported missing.

COLUMBIA PIKE, 5500 block. A white 1994 Ford Mustang was stolen.

COLUMBUS ST. S., 900 block. A silver 1994 Honda Accord was stolen.

FERN ST. S., 1500 block. A silver 2002 Dodge Caravan was stolen.

GEORGE MASON DR. S., 1200 block. A blue 1993 Plymouth Voyager was stolen.

RANDOLPH ST. N., 900 block. A white 1999 Toyota Camry was stolen.

13TH ST. N., 3400 block. A black 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen.

16TH ST. S., 3500 block. A gray 1989 Honda Accord was stolen.

19TH ST. N., 2100 block. A green 1994 Toyota Camry was stolen.

24TH RD. S., 2100 block. A white 1992 Dodge Caravan was stolen.

31ST ST. S., 4200 block. A white 1993 Plymouth Voyager was stolen.
