New Building at Vint Hill

The Vint Hill Economic Development Authority announced plans for a 46,150-square-foot light industrial use building at Vint Hill, a 695-acre mixed-use community under development between Warrenton and Gainesville. Construction is expected to be completed by January.

Two Free Seminars Offered

Caroline Mansi, a small-business specialist and executive director of the Loudoun County Small Business Development Center, and Terry Corle, a marketing and insurance specialist and president of the Corle Group, will lead a "Start Your Business" seminar from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Rust Library, 380 Old Waterford Road NW, Leesburg.

The center will also hold a seminar entitled "Introduction to Federal Contracting: A Government Market Overview," presented by Larry Allen, executive vice president of the Coalition for Government Procurement and an expert on federal government procurement methods, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Eastern Loudoun Regional Library, 21030 Whitfield Pl., Sterling.

The Lord Fairfax Small Business Development Center at Fauquier will offer a seminar on marketing for small businesses from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Lord Fairfax Community College, Fauquier campus.
