FRAME SQ., 21000 block, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 13. A green 1996 Ford Explorer was stolen.

FRAME SQ., 21000 block, 2:30 to 4 p.m. July 13. A green 1993 Volkswagen Corrado was stolen.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 1 to 100 block, 11:42 a.m. July 8. An assault was reported to police.

GATEWAY DR. SE, 700 block, 12:31 a.m. July 10. An assault and unauthorized use of a vehicle were reported to police.

HERITAGE WAY AND WYTHE COURT NE, 1:54 p.m. July 10. Police responded to an argument.

IDA LEE DR. NW, 1 to 100 block, 6:14 p.m. July 11. An assault at a recreation center involving two juveniles was reported to police.

POTOMAC STATION DR. NE, 600 block, 1:06 a.m. July 7. An assault at a residence was reported to police.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ADAMS DR. NE, 1 to 100 block, 4 p.m. July 7. A toolbox was stolen from a vehicle.

CATOCTIN CIR. SE, 1 to 100 block, 5:58 a.m. July 8. Cash was stolen from a business, and two doors and a cash register were damaged.

CATOCTIN CIR. SE, 100 block, 11:27 a.m. July 7. Property was stolen from a construction site.

DODD DR. NW, 400 block, 7:38 p.m. July 7. Cash, a cordless phone, a necklace, earrings and clothing were stolen from a residence.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 900 block, 6:56 p.m. July 9. Wallets were stolen from two purses at a business.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 1 to 100 block, 12:51 a.m. July 9. Cash was stolen.

LENNON CT. SE, 800 block, 8:14 p.m. July 12. Credit card fraud was reported to police.

MEADOWS LANE NE, 100 block, 7:34 a.m. July 9. A CD player and a video camera were stolen from a vehicle entered by breaking a window.

MEADOWS LANE NE, 100 block, 12:01 a.m. July 10. A vehicle license plate was stolen.

POTOMAC RUN PLAZA, 46000 block, 6:15 p.m. July 10. A man approached an 8-year-old girl in a store and touched her inappropriately. The girl ran to her mother, who contacted police.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BIRMINGHAM CT., 11000 block, 4:30 to 10 p.m. July 14. Cash and jewelry were stolen from a residence.

CHELMSFORD AND FINCHINGFIELD COURTS, 10 p.m. July 10 to 8:30 a.m. July 12. Golf clubs, a stereo and other property were stolen from a vehicle.

OLD OX RD., 45000 block, 5 p.m. July 11 to 7 a.m. July 13. A stereo was stolen from a vehicle.

SULGRAVE CT., 100 block, 1:30 to 7 a.m. July 13. A backpack, clothing and a toolbox were stolen from a vehicle.

WARWICKSHIRE TER., 47000 block, noon July 9 to 4 p.m. July 11. Cash was stolen from a residence.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

COMMUNITY PLAZA, 47000 block, 11:30 to 11:50 p.m. July 11. A 1995 silver and beige Ford van was stolen from a parking lot at a business.

VANDALISM

COMMUNITY PLAZA, 46000 block, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 11. Walls in a breezeway area at a commercial center and a door handle to a public restroom were damaged.

FOX RD. S., 100 block, 9 p.m. July 13 to 7 a.m. July 14. A vehicle window was damaged when a rock was thrown at it.

WOODLAND DR., 45000 block, 3 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. July 11. A vehicle window was damaged by gunfire.
