No lifeguards will be blowing whistles Saturday and Sunday even though children will be splashing, kicking, dancing, singing and shouting at the Prince George's Community Pool. That's because they'll be taking part in the sixth annual Joe's Movement Emporium's poolside summer musical, which integrates acting, dancing, singing and swimming into an hour-long performance staged in and around the Mount Rainier pool. This year's production is "Sinbad and the Seven Seas." The young actors not only memorized their lines to tell the tale of the legendary sailor, but also helped construct and design the set and costumes. Performances both days begin at 8 p.m. at the pool, at 34th and Buchanan streets. Admission is $12 for adults and $6 for ages 16 and younger. 301-699-1819.
