Trinity Moravian Church, New Carrollton, will host the touring choirs from the New Herrnhut Moravian Church in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, in a performance at 6 p.m. Aug. 8. The first St. Thomas church choir was formed in 1757. The bus will leave from the parking lot of the Home Depot store near Rivertowne Commons Market Place, Oxon Hill, at 5 a.m. and from the parking lot of the Mattress Discounters store at 7704 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, at 5:30 a.m., and return about 11 p.m. Stops include Canal Street, New York City's fashion district and Broadway. A visit will also be made to the Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall in Elizabeth, N.J. On board the bus, passengers will be treated to movies, prizes and more. Registration is required.
