1. Preston Office Complex, southeast intersection of Route 765 and Creston Lane. A plan for a 25,920-square-foot office building on four acres.

Huntingtown Area

2. Chesapeake Church, east side of Route 4. A site plan for a 21,910-square-foot addition to a 13,125-square-foot church and a 25,600-square-foot office and counseling building, on 20.5 acres.

Prince Frederick Area

3. Bright Farms, Armory and Fairgrounds roads. A plan to subdivide 2.24 acres for 10 lots.

4. COA Building, at Armory Road and Main Street. A plan to raze an auto body shop for a 12,000-square-foot two-story building with basement office and storage space.

St. Leonard Area

5. Fountain Estates, on Routes 765 and 4. A plan to subdivide 12.66 acres into 10 lots with 5.1 acres of open space.

6. Bank of America, east side of Route 4 at Plaza Drive. A plan for a 4,387-square-foot bank with drive-up service at the Calvert Gateway Shopping Center.

7. Chevy Chase Bank, Town Center Boulevard. A plan for a 3,650-square-foot bank with drive-up service at the Calvert Gateway Shopping Center.

Zoning Permits Issued

Dunkirk Area

8. Country Plaza Shopping Center, 10130 Southern Maryland Blvd. A permit to move a few walls from a former dress shop to create 2,400 square feet of office space for a real estate company.

Huntingtown Area

9. Jesus the Divine Word Catholic Church, 885 Cox Rd. A permit to install a portable classroom behind the church.

Prince Frederick Area

10. Chapline Association, Allnuts Court. A permit for the construction of a three-story, 30-unit apartment building.
