GENERALS HWY., 1700 block, July 29. Cash was stolen from a business entered by forcing a rear window.

MAGNOLIA AVE., 1200 block, noon July 25 to 7:45 p.m. July 30. A radio was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

MASTER DERBY CT., 400 block, 7:30 a.m. to 6:01 p.m. July 27. An attempt was made to enter a residence.

RIDGELY AVE., 600 block, 12:52 a.m. July 29. Property was stolen from two businesses.

RIVA RD., 2600 block, 6 p.m. July 25 to 6:50 a.m. July 26. Computer equipment was stolen from a business entered by forcing a side window.

RIVA RD., 2600 block, July 24 to July 26. Tools and lawn equipment were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked door.

SIXTH AVE. W., 300 block, July 30. Jewelry, a safe and other items were stolen from a residence entered by breaking a side window.

DEFENSE HWY., 2100 block, 4:32 p.m. July 31. A man robbed a convenience store after asking the clerk to validate a winning scratch-off Lotto ticket. He bought a bag of chips with his winnings, asked for change and then pulled out a gun. He grabbed cash from a cash register and fled on foot.

LONG DRIVE CT., 1500 block, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 30. Jewelry, a safe and sporting equipment were stolen from a residence entered through a rear window.

SPRING AZURE CT., 3400 block, 2:31 a.m. July 26. A residence was entered through a door. Nothing was reported missing.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CHAPEL LAKE DR., 2600 block, 6:56 p.m. July 30. A man passed counterfeit traveler's checks in a clothing store, then left in a gold 1998 Nissan Altima with Virginia tags. Police located the man with another man leaving a nearby grocery store. A 28-year-old District man and a 34-year-old man of no fixed address were charged with passing counterfeit traveler's checks. Police allegedly recovered stolen items in the vehicle.

Glen Burnie Area

ROBBERIES

CRAIN HWY., 300 block, 10:18 p.m. July 30. During a robbery attempt at a business, an employee told a gunman that he had no money, and the gunman fled.

CRAIN HWY., 7900 block, 9:38 a.m. Aug. 2. A gunman took money from two cash registers in a store and walked away.

LINDERA CT., 300 block, 12:27 p.m. July 28. A residence was entered through an unlocked window. Nothing was reported missing.

SPRITE WAY, 600 block, July 31. Property was stolen from a residence entered through a side door.

WENDOVER RD., 1-100 block, 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. July 28. Cash was stolen from a residence entered through a side window.

ROBBERIES

ARUNDEL MILLS MALL, 9:45 a.m. July 31. The driver of a gold or champagne colored four-door sedan snatched the purse of a woman as she walked through the parking lot near Entrance No. 4 of the mall.

SANDS RD., 4000 block, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 26. A residence was entered. Nothing was reported missing. There was no sign of forced entry.

LAUREL FORT MEADE RD., 3400 block, 3:54 p.m. July 30. A convenience store was robbed when a man asked a clerk to validate a Lotto ticket then pulled out a gun and grabbed cash from a cash register. He fled on foot.

LINDENWOOD DR., 3500 block, 8:26 p.m. July 27. Lawn-care equipment was stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked door.

RABBIT CHASE DR., 100 block, 8:10 p.m. July 28 to 12:08 a.m. July 29. Property was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.
