ELLICOTT CITY POST-9/11 TALK, 10 a.m. Sept. 11, author Jonathan Dean, a former U.S. representative at the NATO-Warsaw Pact force-reduction negotiations and an adviser for the Union of Concerned Scientists, will discuss "Peace and Security in the Post-9/11 World," part of the "September Project," a program that helps facilitate discussions and public forums across the United States on the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, sponsored by the Howard County Library and the League of Women Voters of Howard County, the program will be held in the Banneker Room, George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Dr., Ellicott City.
