Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan is seeking applicants for the following vacancies:
Board of Electrical Examiners has two vacancies, for a professional engineer and a member of the general public. One incumbent representing the professional engineer category is eligible to apply for reappointment. Members serve three-year terms, and newly appointed members will receive compensation. Those selected must file annual confidential disclosure statements.
Cable Communications Advisory Committee has six vacancies, including one for a member of the Maryland Municipal League. Four vacancies carry eligibility to apply for reappointment. Members serve three-year terms without compensation. Those selected must file annual confidential disclosure statements.
Human Rights Commission has six vacancies, four with eligibility for reappointment. Except for one vacancy for a partial term that expires in November 2005, members serve three-year terms without compensation. Those selected must file annual confidential disclosure statements.
Mental Health Advisory Committee has three vacancies: for a member of the legal profession, a practicing physician and a clergy representative. Three incumbents are eligible to apply for reappointment. Members serve three-year terms without compensation.
