ROBBERIES

EDISON ST. AND REED AVE. E., 1 a.m. Sept. 4. A man snatched gold necklaces from another man, 30.

INGRAM ST. S., 1-100 block, 4 p.m. Sept. 3. A boy, 11, was approached by three male juveniles. One juvenile grabbed the boy's arms while another took money from his pocket.

REYNOLDS ST. S., 1-100 block, 11:35 p.m. Sept. 6. A man, 22, was attacked by at least three men, who took his hat, jersey and jewelry. No injuries were reported. The robbers fled on foot. A short time later, the victim entered a nearby convenience store, and the robbers returned and took his sneakers and money.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

DUKE ST., 4700 block, 10:58 a.m. Sept. 2. A woman, 38, was sitting on a park bench along the Holmes Run bike path when she saw a naked man emerge from the woods. The man began walking toward her, and she ran away.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

MADISON ST., 1000 block, 8:30 p.m. Sept. 6 to 10 a.m. Sept. 7. Money and cigarettes were stolen from a business, which was entered by forcing a rear door.

OVERLOOK DR. N., 700 block, 12:01 to 6 a.m. Sept. 3. Money was stolen from a gray 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

ALEXANDRIA AVE. W., 200 block, 3 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 5. A dark blue 1992 Cadillac Eldorado was stolen.

ALFRED ST. N., 900 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 3 to 3 a.m. Sept. 4. A 1991 Dodge Caravan was stolen.

ARMISTEAD ST. N., 400 block, 9:45 p.m. Sept. 3 to 8:45 a.m. Sept. 4. A maroon 1994 Honda Civic was stolen.

ARMISTEAD ST. N., 400 block, 5:30 p.m. Sept. 1 to 12:59 p.m. Sept. 2. A dark blue 2002 Honda Accord was stolen.

BASHFORD LANE, 600 block, 10 p.m. Sept. 4 to 9 a.m. Sept. 5. A silver and black 2002 Honda motorcycle was stolen.

EDSALL RD., 5900 block, 9 p.m. Sept. 6 to 1 a.m. Sept. 7. A white 1998 Buick Park Avenue was stolen.

HARWICH CT., 5700 block, 11:30 p.m. Sept. 3 to 8:45 a.m. Sept. 4. A blue 1995 Honda Civic was stolen.

KENMORE AVE., 4600 block, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 2. A red 1991 Jeep Cherokee was stolen.

LEE ST. S., 300 block, 6 p.m. Aug. 31 to 7:30 a.m. Sept. 1. A dark blue 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen.

ROYAL ST. N., 1200 block, 6 p.m. Sept. 3 to noon Sept. 4. A gray 1998 Dodge Ram van was stolen.

TANEY AVE., 4300 block, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 5. A silver and black 2003 Honda motorcycle was stolen.

TANEY AVE., 4300 block, 8 a.m. Aug. 27 to 9 p.m. Sept. 6. A light blue 1996 Honda Accord was stolen.

TANEY AVE., 4400 block, 2:30 to 9 a.m. Sept. 5. A silver and black 2003 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen.

WASHINGTON ST. S., 800 block, 1:20 to 1:54 a.m. Sept. 7. A maroon 1991 Plymouth Voyager was stolen.

WHITING ST. S., 1-100 block, 2:40 p.m. Aug. 29. A maroon 1995 Plymouth Voyager was stolen.

WHITING ST. S., 200 block, 7 p.m. Aug. 27 to 5 a.m. Aug. 28. A red 2003 Dodge Stratus was stolen.

ASSAULTS

JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY., 2600 block, 11:33 p.m. Sept. 6. A male and a female punched and kicked a male customer at a restaurant. The assailants fled on a bicycle before police arrived. The victim, who was also struck on the head with a chair, was treated at a hospital. Suspects in this case were later arrested in connection with an incident on North Quinn Street.

ROBBERIES

QUINN ST. N., 1800 block, 2:22 a.m. Sept. 7. A man and a woman forced their way into an apartment, damaged property and assaulted an occupant. They were arrested as they were leaving the area. A man, 18, and a woman, 19, both of no fixed address, were charged with burglary with intent to assault and malicious wounding. The man was also charged with destruction of property.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

GEORGE MASON DR. S., 1800 block, 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 2. Jewelry and money were stolen from a residence entered through an open window.

QUINCY ST. N., 3000 block, Aug. 22 to Sept. 5. A window of a residence was pried.

EIGHTH ST. S., 5100 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 1 to 5:30 a.m. Sept. 2. A computer was stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.

10TH PL. S., 5200 bock, 11 p.m. Sept. 3 to 11 p.m. Sept. 7. Jewelry and money were stolen from a residence entered through a window.

12TH ST. S., 1500 block, 6 p.m. Sept. 3 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 7. An intruder appeared to have been living in a vacant residence after entering it by breaking a window.

23RD ST. S., 200 block, 6:30 p.m. Sept. 1 to 7:30 a.m. Sept. 2. A rear door of a business was pried.

27TH ST. S., 2400 block, 2 a.m. Sept. 3. Investigating reports of a man tampering with an auto in a parking garage, police arrested an Arlington man, 18, and charged him with petty theft and several counts of tampering with auto.

28TH ST. S., 1400 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 3 to 2:44 a.m. Sept. 4. A residence was entered through a window. Nothing was reported missing.

VANDALISM

PIERCE ST. N., 1200 block, 10:33 p.m. Sept. 7. A man slashed vehicle tires. An Arlington man, 26, was arrested and charged with five counts of destruction of property.

QUEEN ST. N., 1200 block, 1:42 a.m. Sept. 3. Tires of eight vehicles were slashed.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

COLUMBIA PIKE, 4300 block. A cream-colored 1997 Honda Accord was stolen.

GEORGE MASON DR. S., 100 block. A black 2003 Hyundai Sonata was stolen.

GEORGE MASON DR. S., 900 block. A red 1999 Toyota Solara was stolen.

WAKEFIELD ST. S., 1100 block. A gold 1998 Cadillac Catera was stolen.
