SOLOMONS, 1 to 4 p.m. Two Garmin global positioning system units were stolen from Boaters World.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

INDIAN HEAD HWY., 4600 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 12 to 1:17 a.m. Sept. 13. A 1998 primer gray Suzuki GSX-750R motorcycle was stolen from Gayans Body Shop.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

LIVINGSTON RD., 4300 block, 10:30 p.m. Sept. 11. A man, 41, who was accused of stealing a vehicle, shattered the back window of a police cruiser after his arrest. He was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, destruction of property worth more than $500 and destruction of property worth less than $500.

Waldorf Area

ROBBERIES

MALL CIR., 11000 block, 12:45 p.m. Sept. 13. A man, 42, was assaulted and robbed. He was treated for minor injuries at Southern Maryland Hospital Center.

ASSAULTS

SEVEN PINES LANE, 2:30 a.m. Sept. 11. A woman, 28, was cut with a knife. She was treated and released from Prince George's Hospital Center. A man, 25, was charged with first- and second-degree assault, attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to injure.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

PINEVIEW RD., 2100 block, 2:30 a.m. Sept. 5. A man, 18, armed with a gun forced his way into a residence and threatened two men, ages 18 and 20. He then forcibly entered a vehicle parked in the driveway and stole stereo equipment. He was charged with first-degree burglary and theft over $500.

SMALLWOOD VILLAGE CENTER, 2 a.m. Sept. 12. RX Solutions was entered by force, and an attempt was made to steal a computer.

St. Mary's County

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

BUDDS CREEK, Sept. 12. A vehicle was driven recklessly at Maryland International Raceway. The vehicle spun out of control, almost hitting several patrons. A man, 27, was charged with reckless endangerment, destruction of property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

California Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

PATUXENT BEACH RD., 1:40 a.m. Sept. 7. A man, 32, had stolen license plates on his vehicle. He was charged with theft under $500 and driving on a suspended license.

Chaptico Area

CHAPTICO, 3:33 p.m. Sept. 14. Numerous articles of clothing were burned. A boy, 17, was charged with malicious destruction of property worth less than $500.

BAY ARBOR WAY, 11:10 a.m. Sept. 3. A girl, 17, was assaulted at a residence. A man, 49, was charged with second-degree assault.

VILLAGE CT., 5:35 p.m. Sept. 3. A woman, 25, was assaulted at a residence. A man, 25, was charged with second-degree assault.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

ALLSTON LANE, 1:31 a.m. Sept. 9. The front door at a residence was damaged.

HOLLWOOD, Sept. 10. A mailbox at a residence was damaged.

LAWRENCE AVE., 4:55 p.m. Sept. 3. A coin-operated washer and dryer at an apartment building were damaged. A man, 43, was charged with malicious destruction of property.

HOMICIDES

MANON WAY, 9:20 p.m. Sept. 13. A woman, 27, was shot and killed at a residence. A man, 38, was charged with first-degree murder and violation of a protective order.

ASSAULTS

LEXINGTON PARK, Sept. 13. A girl, 13, was assaulted at a residence. A man was charged with second-degree assault and child abuse.

RONALD DR., Sept. 10. A girl, 11, was assaulted at a bus stop. A boy, 10, was charged with second-degree assault.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

LEXINGTON PARK, Sept. 13. The paint on a 2004 Ford Mustang was scratched.
