This week, Montgomery County elementary schools observe National School Lunch Week.

Daily breakfast alternatives: Cereal or bagel or yogurt, fruit, milk.

MONDAY

Breakfast: Breakfast wrap, pears, milk.

Lunch: Track and field teriyaki beef bites, relay rice, 100-meter dash roll or high jump hot dog, pole vault vegetables, chocolate pudding, hurdle fruit cup, marathon milk.

TUESDAY

Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup, apricots, milk.

Lunch: Fencing fish, canoeing corn bread or field hockey burger, tennis tater tots, boxing broccoli and cauliflower with discus dip, javelin grapes, Olympic oatmeal cookie, gold medal milk.

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Cinnamon roll, fruit, milk.

Lunch: Free throw chicken fajita with salsa, traveling tortilla or field goal cheese or pepperoni French bread pizza, layup lettuce, jump ball juice bar, midcourt milk.

THURSDAY

Breakfast: Sausage and/or cheese sandwich, orange juice, milk.

Lunch: Take-a-dive taco and kayaking chips, synchronized taco sauce or freestyle French toast sticks with syrup, orange juice, rowing raisins, medley milk.
