ROBBERIES

CHESWALD CT., 4700 block, 12:10 to 12:40 p.m. Sept. 30. Two gunmen forced their way into a house, tied up a man and a woman and robbed them of cash and jewelry.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

ANDORRA DR., 13700 block, 5 to 11 a.m. Oct. 2. Stereo equipment was stolen from an SUV parked at a residence.

BELLEVILLE AVE., 14300 block, midnight Sept. 30 to 3 a.m. Oct. 1. Stereo equipment and a camera were stolen from a car at a house.

CENTERPOINTE WAY, 13100 block, 5 p.m. Sept. 29 to 5 p.m. Oct. 1. A computer was stolen from an office.

DALE BLVD., 7000 block, 10:30 to 10:35 p.m. Sept. 30. A purse and a cell phone were stolen from an unlocked car at a convenience store.

FERNDALE RD., 14300 block, 9:30 to 9:50 p.m. Sept. 26. A DVD player, DVDs and CDs were stolen from an unlocked car at a residence.

GUILFORD LANE, 4100 block, 4 p.m. Sept. 28 to 9 a.m. Oct. 1. A DVD player, a VCR, a phone, an electronic keyboard and other property were stolen from a house entered by forcing a door.

MATTAPONY DR., 13900 block, 6:55 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sept. 29. A video game system, games and a camera were stolen from a house entered by forcing a sliding glass door.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HAYMARKET DR., 15200 block, 3:09 p.m. Sept. 29. An attempt was made to enter a house by breaking a door window.

VALLEYWOOD DR., 12600 block, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 4. Cash and jewelry were stolen from a house entered by breaking a window.

Manassas Area

CEDAR CREEK DR., 10500 block, 8:30 p.m. Oct. 3 to 8:45 a.m. Oct. 4. Stereo equipment and cash were stolen from a car at a house. The vehicle was entered by forcing a door.

CENTREVILLE RD., 7500 block, 1:40 p.m. Sept. 30. Golfing equipment was stolen from an unlocked car at a drugstore.

COPELAND DR., 9900 block, 2 p.m. Sept. 29. Tools were stolen from a pickup at a house.

LAFAYETTE AVE., 9400 block, 4:45 p.m. Sept. 30 to 5:30 a.m. Oct. 1. Cash and stereo equipment were stolen from an unlocked car at a house.

LOMOND DR., 9400 block, 9:57 a.m. Oct. 1. Purses and jewelry were stolen from two cars at a house. The vehicles were entered by breaking a window.

LYON CIR., 8000 block, 6 p.m. Sept. 30 to 2 p.m. Oct. 1. Two bicycles were stolen from a house.

MCKEE WAY, 6400 block, 11 p.m. Sept. 25 to 8 a.m. Sept. 26. An attempt was made to enter a house by breaking a window.

SOMERSET LANE, 7600 block, 11 to 11:02 a.m. Oct. 4. A female in a house saw a man with a knife attempting to enter through a sliding glass door. She checked the doors and windows, then saw him run through the back yard.

SUDLEY RD., 8000 block, 6 p.m. Sept. 30 to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 4. Stereo equipment and CDs were stolen from a car at an auto dealership.

SUDLEY RD., 8500 block, midnight Sept. 30 to 12:30 a.m. Oct. 1. Cash and medication were stolen from a pharmacy entered by forcing a door.

TOWER PL., 11000 block, Sept. 18 to Oct. 2. An attempt was made to enter a house by breaking a window.

Nokesville Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

FITZWATER DR., 13300 block, 1:30 to 4 p.m. Sept. 29. Cash and medication were stolen from a house.

Woodbridge Area

ROBBERIES

FOULGER SQ., 13800 block, 8 p.m. Oct. 1. A man took a purse from a woman, 53, in a parking lot of a shopping center. A man, 25, chased the robber and found him hiding behind a car in the lot. The witness and a shopping center security guard detained the man until police arrived.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

MADISON CT., 2200 block, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 30. A television, computer equipment, clothing and other property were stolen from a house entered through a sliding glass door.

PRINCE WILLIAM ST., 9100 block, 7:30 a.m. Oct. 6. The windows of three trucks at a business were broken.

ROBBERIES

ADAMS ST. AND COLBURN DR., 1:27 a.m. Oct. 4. A male passenger directed a cab driver to the above location. When the driver arrived and asked for the fare, the male reached over the seat and grabbed his neck, then fled.

VANDALISM

WHITEPINE DR., 8300 block, 3:26 a.m. Oct. 2. The occupants of a home heard glass breaking and found that a window had been struck by BB's.
