HOMICIDES

MINNESOTA AVE., 3800 block, 7:35 p.m. Oct. 5. Paris Leland Goode Sr., 46, of the 3300 block of D Street SE, was found at a service station with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Prince George's County Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

OTIS ST., 11:15 to 11:45 p.m. Oct. 2. A sexual assault occurred in a residence.

BENNING RD., 1500 block, 1:45 p.m. Oct. 6. A gunman robbed a male of cash and a cell phone in a restaurant.

BENNING RD., 3400 block, 6:10 to 6:15 a.m. Oct. 3. A gunman on a bicycle robbed a pedestrian of cash.

BRENTWOOD RD., 1200 block, 11:15 a.m. Oct. 6. A gunman assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of cash, then fled with three male accomplices.

CHILLUM PL., 5500 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 2. A male pushed a female pedestrian to the ground and robbed her of a purse containing credit cards.

E ST., 1300 block, 8:40 a.m. Oct. 4. A pedestrian was robbed of a Walkman. A boy, 17, was arrested.

EADS ST., 3400 block, 10:30 to 10:33 p.m. Oct. 5. A gunman robbed a female pedestrian of a purse.

EASTERN AVE., 800 block, 8:35 to 8:40 a.m. Oct. 6. A gunman got out of a vehicle and robbed a male pedestrian of a coat and cash.

FITCH PL., 4900 block, 9:05 to 9:08 p.m. Oct. 6. A gunman demanded cash from a male pedestrian. The pedestrian was shot when he said he had none. The assailant fled with a male accomplice.

MINNESOTA AVE., 3900 block, 3:10 a.m. Oct. 3. Two gunmen and a male accomplice got out of a vehicle, assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of a cell phone. The robbers fled in the vehicle.

MINNESOTA AVE., 4600 block, 8:15 to 8:25 a.m. Oct. 6. A gunman in a vehicle robbed a pedestrian of a wallet, shoes and a book bag.

MYRTLE AVE., 2800 block, 1:30 a.m. Oct. 2. A gunman and a male accomplice robbed two pedestrians of cash, keys, shoes, cell phones and a wallet.

OLIVE ST., 1500 block, 5 a.m. Oct. 4. A gunman and a male accomplice got out of a vehicle and robbed a pedestrian of keys, eyeglasses, a backpack and a Walkman.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

TUCKERMAN ST., 10:06 p.m. Oct. 1. A 27-year-old man had sex with a female juvenile who is an acquaintance.

SECOND ST., 6200 block, 3:05 p.m. Sept. 30. A male teenager grabbed a female's breast in a school hallway and harmed her when she resisted. When he tried to grab her pants, he was stopped by school employees.

ROBBERIES

ALBEMARLE ST., 4000 block, 3:54 p.m. Oct. 4. A male snatched a Metro fare card from a male at a street vendor stand. The victim followed the robber and questioned him, and the robber threatened him.

COLORADO AVE., 5700 block, 1:45 a.m. Oct. 3. Two men got out of a vehicle and robbed a 36-year-old man of a wallet and a cell phone at gunpoint. Two other males stayed in the vehicle.

COLUMBIA RD., 1400 block, 3:50 a.m. Oct. 4. A man, who held an object inside a plastic bag, told a convenience store clerk to open a cash register. Another man took money from the register.

COLUMBIA RD., 1400 block, 10:30 p.m. Oct. 4. A man snatched a female pedestrian's purse and fled into an apartment complex.

CONNECTICUT AVE., 4400 block, 9:54 a.m. Oct. 4. A man entered the employee area in a restaurant, grabbed a male employee and demanded money. The employee complied, and the robber fled in a cab.

EUCLID ST., 1400 block, 11:55 to 11:57 p.m. Oct. 2. A male grabbed a pedestrian's neck while another male took his wallet. The robbers fled together.

F ST., 900 block, 6 to 6:10 p.m. Oct. 5. A female in a hotel or motel elevator heard her sunglasses fall from her purse to the floor. When she arrived at her room, she discovered that a wallet, cash and credit cards had been taken from the purse.

FLORIDA AVE., 600 block, 9:10 p.m. Oct. 6. A man pointed a gun at an employee in a restaurant and demanded money. The employee said she couldn't open the cash register, and the robber fled.

FRENCH ST., 900 block, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 2. A gunman got out of a car and demanded a wallet from a male getting out of another car. When the victim refused and tried to run, the robber pushed him to the ground. No further information was provided by police.

GEORGIA AVE., 3800 block, 1:30 a.m. Oct. 3. Two males robbed a man and a woman, both 18, at gunpoint at a bus stop. The robbers fled on foot with a cell phone, a purse and a credit card.

GEORGIA AVE., 4100 block, 12:55 a.m. Oct. 3. A man snatched a cell phone from a 38-year-old woman's hand at a bus stop and fled on foot.

GIRARD ST., 600 block, 1 to 3:23 a.m. Oct. 4. A backpack was taken in a robbery at a college.

I ST., 1600 block, 3:20 p.m. Oct. 7. A man entered a specialty store, told an employee he had a gun and took property from a cash register.

KENYON ST., 1300 block, 9:12 p.m. Oct. 1. Three men grabbed a pedestrian and pushed him down. One showed a knife. The robbers took a wallet and a cell phone.

M ST., 400 block, 3:55 p.m. Oct. 2. A man grabbed a pedestrian's arm and pushed her, taking a purse, a bank card and a permit.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 1900 block, 3:20 a.m. Oct. 2. A gunman forced a pedestrian to the ground and robbed him of a cell phone, then fled with another man.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 3600 block, 7 p.m. Oct. 2 to 12:40 p.m. Oct. 4. A man punched a female in the face in a home and fled with property.

OAK ST., 1400 block, 6:36 p.m. Oct. 5. A man grabbed a female from behind in a home, forced her to the floor, kicked her and fled with credit cards and a permit.

OGDEN ST., 1500 block, 6:30 a.m. Sept. 20. A man punched a female pedestrian in the back and snatched a gold necklace, fleeing with another man.

PARK RD. AND PINE ST., 10:15 p.m. Oct. 1. A man with a knife robbed a pedestrian of a gold chain and a cell phone. Another man was an accomplice.

PARK RD., 1500 block, 7 to 7:05 a.m. Oct. 3. A man showed a screwdriver and took property from a male pedestrian's pocket. A man, 28, was arrested.

S ST., 1300 block, 10:15 to 10:16 p.m. Oct. 2. Two men, one with a gun, robbed two pedestrians of a wallet, then fled together.

SPRING RD., 1300 block, 5:45 to 7:21 p.m. Oct. 3. A male teenager took a purse, keys, a cell phone and a bank card from a pedestrian.

TAYLOR ST., 1200 block, 10:40 p.m. Oct. 4. Three males approached a 50-year-old male pedestrian and a 37-year-old female pedestrian from behind. One of the robbers demanded money from the woman and held a knife to her chest. When her companion intervened, he was stabbed. No further information was provided by police.

WISCONSIN AVE., 2500 block, 12:35 to 12:45 p.m. Oct. 3. A man robbed a female in an elevator at a hotel or motel. He claimed to have a gun.

WISCONSIN AVE., 5200 block, 12:20 p.m. Oct. 5. A person tried to rob a bank by holding up a note written on tissue paper demanding cash. The robber fled empty-handed when the teller did not immediately hand over money.

FIRST ST. AND RHODE ISLAND AVE., 11:15 to 11:50 p.m. Oct. 4. A man, 47, asked a female acquaintance on the sidewalk for money. When she refused, the man forced her to the ground and took her purse.

FIFTH ST., 1100 block, 9:35 p.m. Oct. 5. A male took property from a female pedestrian and fled.

SIXTH AND M STREETS, 11:59 p.m. Oct. 2. A pedestrian was pushed down and robbed of a checkbook and a Metro fare card.

SEVENTH ST., 1800 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 5. A man robbed a convenience store at gunpoint.

10TH ST. AND SPRING RD., 9:50 to 10:10 p.m. Oct. 3. Two males were involved in a robbery on the street, during which a cell phone was taken.

14TH ST., 4100 block, 10:30 p.m. Oct. 4. Three men were involved in a robbery in a home, during which a gold chain, keys and a wallet were taken.

17TH AND K STREETS, 1:45 a.m. Oct. 1. A man urinated on a vehicle. When the vehicle's owner shouted at him, he took property from a sun visor, pushed the owner to the ground and fled.

COLUMBIA RD., 1400 block, 9:05 to 9:10 a.m. Oct. 1. A man entered an office building and took a digital camera from a fourth-floor office.

D ST., 600 block, 2:30 p.m. Sept. 20 to 5:50 a.m. Sept. 21. Property was taken from a construction site entered through a side door.

FAIRMONT ST., 1100 block, 10:30 a.m. Oct. 7. A man forced open a garage and took a bike, a backpack and cables. When a witness confronted him, he said he was doing work for the property owner.

FESSENDEN ST., 4400 block, 7:20 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Oct. 1. A digital camera was taken from a house entered by prying a front door and destroying the door frame. The house was ransacked.

K ST., 300 block, 8:40 a.m. Aug. 15. A man pried open a side window of a convenience store and took property. A man, 42, was arrested.

K ST., 1200 block, 6 p.m. June 11 to 6:30 a.m. June 14. Property was taken from an office building entered by prying a rear-door lock.

M ST., 1200 block, 11:30 a.m. Oct. 4. Property was taken from a kitchen cupboard in a home, and a front door was left unlocked. There were no signs of forced entry.

MISSOURI AVE., 1300 block, 6 p.m. Oct. 1 to 7 a.m. Oct. 2. A cordless phone with an answering machine was taken from a building entered by breaking a basement window.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 600 block, 6:30 p.m. Sept. 30 to 7:45 a.m. Oct. 1. Two laptop computers were taken from unlocked offices.

P ST., 1100 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 4 to 4 a.m. Oct. 5. Property was taken from a home entered through a window. Then, a car was stolen, using a key from the house.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 200 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 2 to 9:30 a.m. Oct. 3. A lottery machine, lottery tickets, a case of beer, cash and a cash register were taken from a building entered by prying a rear window bar and smashing a window.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 200 block, 8:30 p.m. Oct. 6 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 7. A video-game system, a wallet and credit cards were taken from a home entered by breaking a front window. A vehicle was then stolen using a key from the home. The vehicle was recovered.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 1000 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 4 to 10 a.m. Oct. 5. Property was taken from a liquor store entered through the roof.

SHERMAN AVE., 2900 block, 11:25 a.m. Oct. 4. A man attempted to enter a family member's apartment by unscrewing security bars and breaking a bedroom window. A man, 31, was arrested.

UPSHUR ST., 200 block, 9 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Oct. 5. A camera was taken from a home entered by kicking a basement door.

V ST., 1000 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 1 to 1 a.m. Oct. 4. Property was taken from an office in a place of worship entered by forcing a door.

VEAZEY ST., 3600 block, 1 to 1:45 p.m. Oct. 1. A laptop computer was taken from a house entered by forcing a front door.

WOODLEY RD., 3400 block, 9 to 10:50 a.m. Oct. 5. A side window was broken in an attempt to enter a home.

FIFTH ST., 1500 block, 11:15 p.m. Oct. 1 to 8:30 a.m. Oct. 2. Credit cards, a book bag, a cell phone and a permit were taken from a home entered by prying a front living room window.

FIFTH ST., 5500 block, 6 p.m. Oct. 1 to 10 a.m. Oct. 2. Two safes were taken from an office building entered by forcing a door. Several office doors in the building were forced.

NINTH ST., 1300 block, 10:37 p.m. Oct. 5 to 9:10 a.m. Oct. 6. A CD boom box and trash bags were taken. No further information was provided by police.

11TH ST., 500 block, 1:25 a.m. Oct. 4. A man smashed a store window, left and returned to take property from the display. A man, 41, was arrested.

14TH ST., 1100 block, 5:10 p.m. Oct. 1 to 7:30 a.m. Oct. 4. Property was taken from an office building entered by using a lost key card. Offices were entered by drilling holes in the walls.

19TH ST., 2000 block, 2 to 7:45 a.m. Oct. 4. Property was taken from an occupied home entered through a living room window.

53RD AND EAST CAPITOL STREETS, 12:01 a.m. Oct. 2. Jerome Humphrey, 24, of the 3800 block of Holloway Drive, Upper Marlboro, was found in a vehicle with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

ROBBERIES

ALABAMA AVE., 1800 block, 9:20 p.m. Oct. 1. A male assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of property.

ALABAMA AVE., 2800 block, 11:40 p.m. Aug. 16. A male robbed a male driver at a service station of cash, then fled with three male accomplices.

BENNING RD., 5000 block, 5:30 to 5:35 p.m. Oct. 4. Two males assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of a wallet.

BRUCE ST., 1400 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 3. A male approached a male driver changing a flat tire, forced him to the ground and robbed him of property.

BRUCE PL., 2700 block, 10 a.m. Oct. 7. A man, 53, was approached by several male youths. One asked the man whether he wanted to buy anything. When the man said no, the youths punched him.

H ST., 4600 block, 2:45 to 3:14 p.m. Oct. 4. A male forced a pedestrian to the ground, took a purse and fled with two male accomplices.

HOWARD RD., 1000 block, 3 a.m. Sept. 28 to 9 p.m. Sept. 30. A male with a knife demanded cigarettes from a male pedestrian at a bus stop. The pedestrian refused and was chased by the robber.

K ST., 1100 block, 7 to 7:15 a.m. Oct. 7. A male assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of a cell phone.

NAYLOR RD., 3100 block, 8:30 a.m. Sept. 28. A gunman forced a male into a building and took property.

PENNSYLVANIA AVE., 3200 block, 3:30 to 3:32 a.m. Oct. 2. A male entered a vehicle occupied by a female driver at a service station and demanded property. The driver complied, and the robber fled in the vehicle with a coat.

SOUTH CAROLINA AVE., 1300 block, 10:19 p.m. Oct. 1. A gunman on a bicycle attempted to rob a male pedestrian, but fled when the pedestrian grabbed him and resisted.

VALLEY AVE., 900 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 3. A male forced a male at a bus stop to the ground, and a gunman assaulted the victim, who was robbed of property.

SIXTH AND CHESAPEAKE STREETS, 5 p.m. Oct. 5. A male assaulted a female acquaintance in an alley and robbed her of property.

38TH ST., 2000 block, 11 p.m. Oct. 5. A male sat next to a female at a bus stop, attempted to grab her and demanded cash. The female complied, and the robber fled with a male accomplice.

W ST., 1600 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 5 to 6:45 a.m. Oct. 6. Tools were stolen from a storage area entered by prying a front door.

YUMA ST., 600 block, 4:13 a.m. Oct. 4. A male forced his way into a residence, forced a female resident to the floor and removed property from her purse.

FIRST ST., 4000 block, 10:25 a.m. Oct. 4. An intruder attempted to enter a residence through a balcony, but fled when observed by a female resident.

FOURTH ST., 4200 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 3 to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 4. A TV, a vacuum cleaner and a toaster oven were taken from an apartment by two gunmen. The robbers forced their way into the residence and held a female resident captive.

14TH ST., 2200 block, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 4. Cash, a camera and a VCR were stolen from a residence entered by forcing a rear door.

15TH ST., 900 block, 10:30 p.m. Sept. 15. A male entered a residence through an open window and attempted to steal a bird cage containing birds, then fled when confronted by a resident.

37TH PL., 200 block, 5:40 to 5:46 p.m. Oct. 1. A male entered a residence by kicking a front door, showed a knife and attempted to assault a male resident.

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 4700 block, noon Oct. 6 to 11:45 a.m. Oct. 7. An apartment was ransacked. Food containers were emptied onto floors in the kitchen and living room.

N ST., 200 block, 8:45 to 9 a.m. Oct. 1. A male teenager climbed onto a balcony at a public housing project and took property.

GALVESTON ST., 1-99 block, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 1. A video camera, two DVD players, 50 DVDs, a money order and clothes were taken from an apartment entered through an unlocked balcony door.

N ST., 1-99 block, 8 to 11:50 a.m. Sept. 23. Property was taken from a home entered by prying a second-floor window.
