Cox Communications has launched a new Paquete Latino option in Fairfax County.

The digital cable package, tailored toward Hispanic consumers, combines the best of Spanish and English-language programs, a Cox news release said. It will replace TeleLatina.

Paquete Latino offers a wider variety of programs in one package, the news release said. It includes the basic analog lineup plus 28 Spanish channels, including 11 new digital networks, at $26.15 per month.

New channels include Nick Too, Sorpresa, EWTN Espanol, the History Channel in Spanish, De Pelicula, De Pelicula Clasico, Ritmoson Latino, Mun2, ESPN Deportes, TV Chile and the Mexicana Music Choice channel.

Current TeleLatina customers will be converted to Paquete Latino automatically at no additional cost, according to the news release.
