THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HARVEST FIELD CT., 40000 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 28 to 7 a.m. Nov. 2. Bathtubs, cabinets and a water heater were stolen from a construction site.

SAWTOOTH PL., 24000 block, Oct. 25 or Oct. 26. Windows were stolen from a construction site.

VANDALISM

CAMPTOWN CT., 20000 block, 10 p.m. Oct. 29 to 6 a.m. Oct. 30. A vehicle windshield was damaged by a pellet gun.

GLENHAZEL DR., 43000 block, 1:30 a.m. Oct. 29 to 7 a.m. Oct. 31. A vehicle window and a window and siding at a residence were damaged.

Hamilton Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

COLONIAL HWY. E., 39000 block, 11:05 p.m. Oct. 31. Cash was stolen from a business.

CEDAR WALK CIR. NE, 100 block, 6:08 p.m. Oct. 27. An assault at a residence was reported to police.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 1000 block, 8:08 p.m. Oct. 27. An argument at a business was reported to police.

GIBSON ST. NW, 200 block, 8:18 p.m. Nov. 1. An assault was reported to police.

HANCOCK PL. NE, 1 to 100 block, 10:37 p.m. Oct. 28. Police responded to an assault at a residence.

KING ST. S., 500 block, 6:40 p.m. Oct. 28. A person pumped gas at a service station and did not pay.

ROANOKE DR. SE, 200 block, 9:42 p.m. Nov. 1. An assault was reported to police.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

CATOCTIN CIR. NE, 1 to 100 block, 5:17 p.m. Oct. 27. Shoplifting at a business was reported to police.

CORNWALL ST. NW, 1 to 100 block, 9:10 a.m. Nov. 1. Cash and checks were stolen from a church.

COTON HALL STREET AND RIVERPOINT DRIVE, noon to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 29. Pallets of sod were stolen.

DEERPATH AVE. SW, 300 block, 11:28 a.m. Nov. 1. A digital camera was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

EDWARDS FERRY RD. NE, 900 block, 10:44 p.m. Nov. 1. A counterfeit $20 bill was received at a business.

EVERGREEN MILL ROAD AND TOLBEERT LANE SE, 1000 block, Nov. 1. A John Deere front-end loader was stolen.

FORT EVANS RD. NE, 1 to 100 block, 9:11 a.m. Oct. 30. A DVD player and a VCR were stolen from a residence.

FOXRIDGE DR. SW, 400 block, 10:23 a.m. Oct. 30. Three watches, a ring, two necklaces and a CD-cassette player with two speakers were stolen from a residence. The items were found at a pawn shop.

MARKET ST. E., 600 block, 7:50 p.m. Nov. 1. A person pumped gas at a service station and did not pay.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

COCHRAN MILL RD., 41000 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 2. A silver 2000 Oldsmobile was stolen.

VANDALISM

CHURCH ST. SE, 200 block, 11:23 a.m. Oct. 27. A window at a church was damaged.

FAIRFAX ST. SW, 1 to 100 block, 1:04 a.m. Nov. 1. An exterior door and a door frame were damaged at a business.

MARKET ST. E., 500 block, 10:24 a.m. Oct. 27. An ATM machine at a bank was damaged in an attempt to break into the machine.

PLAZA ST. NE, 200 block, 2:53 p.m. Oct. 27. A campaign sign was damaged by paint.

Round Hill Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HARRY BYRD HWY., 35000 block, 12:45 to 12:55 a.m. Oct. 30. An attempt was made to enter a business by forcing doors and damaging a window.

LOUDOUN STREET, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. Oct. 30. A business was entered by forcing a rear door. Nothing was reported missing.

VANDALISM

HIGH ST., 1 to 100 block, 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29 to 7:15 a.m. Nov. 1. A vehicle window was damaged.

Sterling Area

ASSAULTS

GREENTHORN AVE., 1000 block, 1:09 a.m. Oct. 31. A man was stabbed at a residence during a party. He was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital for treatment.

KENTWELL PLACE AND WOODMERE COURT, 8:25 p.m. Oct. 31. A pellet gun was fired from a group of several people at a group of juveniles standing outside a residence. A 14-year-old girl was struck by a pellet and was treated at Loudoun Hospital Center. Several other juveniles were struck but did not require treatment.

MAPLE AVE., 300 block, 4:58 p.m. Oct. 31. A man threw a milk crate at a female, and the crate struck a 4-year-old boy. A 20-year-old Sterling man was charged with assault.

PEEPING TOM INCIDENTS

PRICE CASCADES PLAZA, 21000 block, 12:45 to 12:50 p.m. Oct. 28. A man at a business was seen looking over a stall in a women's restroom. A 24-year-old man was arrested.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

HARRY BYRD HWY., 47000 block, 8 p.m. Nov. 1 to 6 a.m. Nov. 2. Cash was stolen from a business.

RAMSGATE CT., 1000 block, 1 to 3 a.m. Oct. 31. A video game system and video games were stolen from a residence.

VANDALISM

CARROLLTON RD., 1 to 100 block, 3 p.m. Oct. 30 to 9 a.m. Oct. 31. A vehicle mirror was damaged.

DAVIS DR., 22000 block, 6 p.m. Oct. 29 to 8 a.m. Nov. 1. A business vehicle was dented, and two other business vehicles were marked with graffiti.

HUNTINGTON SQ., 21000 block, 1 to 10 a.m. Nov. 1. A vehicle window was damaged.

LEE RD., 1000 block, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 1. A vehicle was scratched and damaged by paint.

RIVER MEADOWS TER., 46000 block, Oct. 13 to Oct. 27. A vehicle was marked with graffiti.

STERLING BLVD., 700 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 31 to 6:30 a.m. Nov. 1. A vehicle tire was punctured, and an unidentified sticky substance was put on a door.

SUGARLAND RD., 46000 block, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 29 to 3:31 a.m. Oct. 31. An outdoor basketball court was marked with graffiti.
