BLADENSBURG RD., 1000 block, 1:20 p.m. Oct. 26. Jerome Marshall, 17, of the 7800 block of 12th Street NW, was found on a sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Howard University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:20 p.m.

BLADENSBURG RD., 1100 block, Oct. 28. An unidentified male was found on a street with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Washington Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

EDGEWOOD ST., 4 to 5 a.m. Oct. 24. A sexual assault occurred in a residence.

KRAMER ST., 10 p.m. Oct. 25 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 26. A male sexually assaulted a female in a residence.

MICHIGAN AVE., 600 block, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 22. A sexual assault occurred on a sidewalk.

ROBBERIES

BENNING RD., 4400 block, 8 to 8:50 a.m. Oct. 25. A male snatched property from a pedestrian's hand.

C ST., 1900 block, 2:20 p.m. Oct. 27. Two males and a female accomplice forced a deliveryman to the floor when he entered a residence and robbed him of property.

D ST., 400 block, 8 to 8:12 p.m. Oct. 23. A male snatched a purse from a pedestrian.

DIX ST., 6000 block, 4:15 to 4:20 a.m. Oct. 27. A male pulled a sleeping motorist from his truck and fled in it with a male accomplice.

FORT TOTTEN DR., 4900 block, 7:39 p.m. Oct. 25. A male knocked a female youth down and robbed her of a purse containing a cell phone and a wallet.

LEVIS AND TRINIDAD AVENUES, 5:45 a.m. Oct. 26. Two males got out of a vehicle and robbed a male pedestrian of a wallet containing cash and a transit card.

OLIVE ST., 1500 block, 8:28 p.m. Oct. 24. A gunman robbed a deliveryman of a wallet containing identification.

SHERIFF RD., 4500 block, 8:57 to 8:59 a.m. Oct. 25. Two males attempted to rob a male pedestrian of his shoes.

THIRD AND K STREETS, 7 a.m. Oct. 24. A male driver assaulted a male passenger in a vehicle, robbed him of property and pushed him from the vehicle.

FOURTH ST., 5100 block, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 5. A person was robbed of a cell phone.

SEVENTH ST. AND ORLEANS PL., 11:55 p.m. Oct. 24. A gunman and a male accomplice got out of a vehicle and robbed a driver and a passenger in another vehicle of property.

LAMONT ST., 400 block, 10:17 p.m. Oct. 22. Ricky D. Dobbins, 37, of the 4000 block of Arkansas Avenue NW, was found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Washington Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead.

RITTENHOUSE ST., 800 block, 5:20 p.m. Oct. 28. Imtiaz Mohammed, 23, of the 700 block of Somerset Place NW, was found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Washington Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead at 5:42 p.m.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

MASSACHUSETTS AVE., 4800 block, 12:30 to 1 a.m. Sept. 26. A sexual assault occurred at a college.

PARK RD., 6 p.m. March 29. A sexual assault occurred in a home.

ROBBERIES

CEDAR ST., 200 block, 11:50 to 11:52 p.m. Oct. 22. A male armed with a pocket knife told a convenience store clerk to give him money, then fled in a vehicle when the clerk refused.

COLUMBIA AND ONTARIO ROADS, 4:55 p.m. Oct. 25. A male put a pedestrian in a chokehold and took property. The pedestrian woke up in a hospital room.

COLUMBIA RD., 1600 block, 6:10 p.m. Oct. 22. A man wearing a mask and holding a knife robbed a grocery store of cash.

COLUMBIA RD., 1700 block, 3:25 p.m. Oct. 27. A male snatched cash from another male in a grocery store and fled.

CONSTITUTION AVE., 700 block, 5:35 p.m. Oct. 24. A man choked a female pedestrian and told a witness he was just playing around. The witness called police on his cell phone, and the attacker fled.

CRITTENDEN ST., 700 block, 12:20 a.m. Oct. 25. A male hit a 35-year-old male pedestrian with a gun and demanded cash from him and his companions, 25 and 27. One of the pedestrians said he had no cash, and the gunman fled with another male in a vehicle.

ELLICOTT ST., 4100 block, 1:10 to 1:20 a.m. Oct. 25. A man said "Don't move" to a pizza deliveryman making a delivery. The deliveryman dropped a pizza and fled. The man took the deliveryman's car.

EUCLID ST., 1300 block, 11:15 p.m. Oct. 22. A man with a knife said, "Give me your purse," to two pedestrians, then fled without taking anything.

EUCLID ST., 1700 block, 12:30 a.m. Oct. 22. Two people pushed a female pedestrian to the ground and took an mp3 player, a magnetic key, credit cards, a cell phone, a purse, a wallet and a permit.

GEORGIA AVE. AND V ST., 4:55 a.m. Oct. 10. A robbery occurred on the street. No further information was provided by police.

GEORGIA AVE., 3700 block, 1 p.m. Oct. 24. Two males snatched a 60-year-old woman's purse at a bus stop.

M ST., 3300 block, 1:40 p.m. Oct. 25. A man asked a pedestrian for a dollar on the canal towpath. The pedestrian offered some change. The man showed a gun and robbed him.

N ST., 200 block, 4:55 to 5 p.m. Oct. 12. A man was involved in a robbery on the sidewalk. No further information was provided by police.

NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE., 1900 block, 5:09 p.m. Oct. 25. A gunman robbed a pedestrian and fled with another male. Two males were arrested.

NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY AVENUES, 2:35 to 2:40 a.m. Oct. 26. Two men got out of a vehicle at a traffic light and knocked a male down before searching his pockets.

OGLETHORPE ST., 300 block, 8:10 p.m. Oct. 23. A gunman robbed an acquaintance of a shirt or coat on the sidewalk and hit him on the head with the gun handle.

P ST., 1300 block, 4:20 a.m. Oct. 24. A man hit a pedestrian in the face, causing injuries, after the pedestrian refused to give him property.

PARK RD., 700 block, 10:43 to 10:45 p.m. Oct. 25. A male grabbed a pedestrian from behind, pointed a gun at him and said, "Give me the money." The pedestrian grabbed the barrel of the gun. A male was arrested.

PARK RD., 1300 block, 10:49 p.m. Oct. 26. Two male teenagers, one with a knife and one with a gun, robbed a pedestrian of a wallet, a permit and an ATM card.

PROSPECT ST., 3400 block, 3:50 to 4:15 a.m. Oct. 24. A man hit a pedestrian in the face and demanded money. He threatened to shoot the pedestrian if he did not comply. However, when the pedestrian refused, the attacker fled without obtaining anything.

PROSPECT ST., 3400 block, 3 a.m. Oct. 24. Two men demanded cash and a cell phone from a pedestrian. One hit him in the face until he complied.

SHERIDAN ST., 1400 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 26. Two males forced a drunk 37-year-old female pedestrian to the ground and took her purse.

SHERMAN AVE., 2200 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 25. A man tried to snatch a female's purse in a parking area at an educational institution, but the female screamed and attracted the attention of campus police. A man, 20, was arrested.

SOMERSET PL., 1400 block, 2:07 a.m. Oct. 27. A man followed a 38-year-old man into a home. When the man asked the intruder whether he lived there, the intruder robbed him of a wallet and a cell phone at gunpoint.

T ST., 400 block, 11 p.m. Oct. 26. Two male teenagers demanded property from two pedestrians. The pedestrians complied.

U ST., 1300 block, 6 to 6:05 p.m. Oct. 27. A male grabbed a pedestrian's buttocks and tried to grab her purse. The pedestrian fled, and a male was arrested.

FIRST ST. AND FLORIDA AVE., 12:05 a.m. Oct. 26. A man entered a carryout restaurant and left. When someone else left, the man punched the person to the ground and took property before fleeing.

SIXTH AND H STREETS, 11:35 p.m. Oct. 22. Two men taunted a female after she got out of a bus. One hit her on the buttocks and spit on her. The female put her purse on the ground so she could defend herself, and the other male snatched it and fled.

SIXTH AND N STREETS, 7:50 p.m. Oct. 23. Three male teenagers approached a pedestrian. Two kicked him in the leg. The third tried to take property, but the pedestrian escaped.

SEVENTH PL., 6600 block, 11:20 to 11:30 p.m. Oct. 21. Two people bringing groceries into their home were robbed by about eight people at gunpoint.

EIGHTH AND T STREETS, 4:17 p.m. Oct. 25. A gunman demanded cash from a pedestrian. When the pedestrian tried to run away, another man hit him on the head. The gunman took property.

NINTH AND O STREETS, 1 p.m. Oct. 9 to noon Oct. 10. A male teenager took a bag and cash from a pedestrian.

NINTH ST., 4200 block, 12:15 a.m. Oct. 25. A gunman and another person in a car threatened a 57-year-old man as he got into his car. The gunman demanded the man's wallet, and the victim fled. Nothing was reported taken.

14TH ST., 1900 block, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 25. A man stabbed someone twice in the chest during a robbery.

14TH ST., 2400 block, 8:55 p.m. Oct. 27. Two men robbed a restaurant, taking a cassette player, a CD player, a DVD player and property from a cash register.

14TH ST., 3900 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 25. A woman snatched a man's wallet from a countertop in an office building and fled.

16TH ST., 3600 block, 9 to 9:05 p.m. Oct. 26. A man opened a cash register in a restaurant and fled with property. A man, 42, was arrested.

38TH ST., 3600 block, 10:15 p.m. Oct. 22. A gunman approached two people sitting in a Jeep in a parking area and robbed them of a purse, a wallet, papers, a medical book, a watch and earrings.

BUCHANAN ST., 500 block, 4:30 p.m. Oct. 23 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 25. A window of a home was forced open.

CHAIN BRIDGE RD., 2900 block, 9:20 to 9:26 a.m. Oct. 24. A male entered a garage and took two bikes. A resident shouted, but he escaped with the property.

CONNECTICUT AVE., 2600 block, 5:30 a.m. Oct. 28. A man entered a yoga studio by prying a side door with a screwdriver. An employee confronted the man, who said, "I'm just checking on you guys," and fled.

D ST., 600 block, 6 p.m. Oct. 26 to 6:30 a.m. Oct. 27. Property was taken from a construction site entered through a front door.

DAVENPORT ST., 3600 block, 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 27. Jewelry was taken from a home entered by forcing a front door.

DECATUR ST., 300 block, 9:05 p.m. Oct. 23. A robber chased a resident into an apartment. The resident and another person tried to keep the apartment door shut. The robber pushed the door open enough to get his arm through and hit the resident.

DELAFIELD PL., 800 block, 5:12 p.m. Oct. 26. A male teenager entered a female acquaintance's home using a key, then forced her to the floor and punched her.

GEORGIA AVE., 3600 block, 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25. Property was taken from an office building entered by smashing a side window.

H ST., 1400 block, 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 25. Property was taken from an office building.

INGOMAR ST., 3900 block, 10:30 a.m. Oct. 22. A man tried to enter a garage through wood siding.

Q ST., 400 block, 2 to 5:42 p.m. Oct. 22. Two laptop computers and a camera were taken from a home entered by smashing a rear door.

Q ST., 1700 block, 1 to 7:15 a.m. Oct. 28. A bank card, a permit, a cell phone, a video game system and video games were taken from a home.

QUINCY ST., 1200 block, noon Oct. 25. A man entered a home. A resident heard noises upstairs and said, "Who's there?" The intruder appeared at the top of the stairs with a knife and holding a video-game system. He said, "I don't want to do this, Pops," and lunged at the resident. No further information was provided by police.

R ST., 1600 block, 7:40 a.m. Oct. 25. Property was taken from an apartment.

RESERVOIR RD., 3800 block, 3 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22. A laptop computer was taken from a hotel room. An investigation revealed that several employees entered the room without authorization.

RHODE ISLAND AVE., 200 block, 4:40 a.m. Oct. 22. A basement window was smashed in an attempt to enter a home.

RITTENHOUSE ST., 600 block, 10:09 a.m. Oct. 26. A 32-year-old man kicked in the door of a female acquaintance's home and forced her to the floor. He punched her and destroyed her TV before fleeing.

T ST., 300 block, 6:30 a.m. Oct. 22. A jacket was taken from a home entered by kicking a basement door.

T ST., 1400 block, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 24. Property was taken from an apartment entered through an open window.

VARNUM ST., 200 block, 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22. A security guard or police officer confronted a burglar with two large bags at a home. When the intruder tried to attack the guard, the intruder was sprayed with a chemical.

YUMA ST., 4800 block, 11:10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 27. Three laptop computers were taken from a home entered through an unlocked front door.

FIRST ST., 5300 block, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Oct. 23. Property was taken from a garage entered by breaking a lock.

EIGHTH ST., 700 block, 4 p.m. Oct. 20 to 7:15 a.m. Oct. 21. Property was taken from a construction site.

13TH ST., 1600 block, 12:15 to 12:20 a.m. Oct. 24. A locked window was opened in an attempt to enter a home. A resident heard noise, turned on a light and saw a person fleeing outside.

14TH ST., 3000 block, 7:48 to 7:50 a.m. Oct. 28. A man entered a convenience store through a rear door and took cigarettes.

16TH ST., 3600 block, 11:30 p.m. Oct. 23. A female arrived home and found her apartment door open. She contacted a friend, who arrived, and they found a man and a woman inside. The intruders fled.

33RD ST., 1500 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 26 to 10 a.m. Oct. 27. A laptop computer was taken from a home entered by climbing a ladder to a second-story window and breaking it.

HOMICIDES

BENNING RD., 4800 block, 8:12 p.m. Oct. 22. Scott Giumond, 32, of the 8400 block of Lazy Creek Court, Alexandria, was found in a parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the D.C. Medical Examiner's Office, where he was pronounced dead.

36TH STREET AND MINNESOTA AVENUE, 3:10 p.m. Oct. 22. James G. Davis, 27, of the 200 block of 34th Street SE, was found on a street with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Prince George's County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

G ST., 5:30 to 6 a.m. Oct. 23. A male sexually assaulted a woman in a residence after she refused his advances.

POMEROY RD., 1 a.m. Oct. 27. A sexual assault occurred in a residence.

ALABAMA AVE., 1800 block, 5:50 p.m. Oct. 25. A pedestrian was assaulted, forced to the ground and robbed of his wallet.

ALABAMA AVE., 2200 block, 7:40 p.m. Oct. 22. A gunman robbed a convenience store of cash.

ALABAMA AVE., 2400 block, 9 p.m. Oct. 25. A male with a pipe assaulted a male pedestrian, and a male accomplice robbed him of property.

ATLANTIC ST., 600 block, 3:10 a.m. Oct. 22. Three males assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of property.

BENNING RD., 4500 block, 4:45 to 4:50 p.m. Oct. 24. Two males assaulted a male pedestrian, searched his wallet and fled when they found nothing.

BENNING RD., 4500 block, 4:45 p.m. Oct. 24. A male youth approached a male who was pumping air into a tire, assaulted him and attempted to rob him. The victim resisted.

BENNING RD., 4500 block, 4:40 to 4:45 a.m. Oct. 25. Two males assaulted and attempted to rob a pedestrian. The pedestrian fled when he saw a police car.

BENNING RD., 5000 block, 8:30 to 9:25 a.m. Oct. 26. A gunman got out of a vehicle and robbed a pedestrian of a coat and a wallet.

CAMDEN ST., 3200 block, 8:30 to 8:40 p.m. Oct. 26. A gunman and two male accomplices assaulted a pedestrian and took a wallet and a cell phone.

CHAPLIN ST., 1200 block, 7:20 p.m. Oct. 26. A male snatched a purse containing keys from a female pedestrian and attempted to force her to the ground.

D ST., 4900 block, 12:10 to 12:12 a.m. Oct. 26. A gunman robbed a pedestrian of a wallet containing credit cards.

GOOD HOPE RD., 2700 block, 11 to 11:05 p.m. Oct. 24. A male assaulted a male cyclist, and a male accomplice robbed him of the bicycle.

GREEN ST., 2300 block, 5:15 p.m. Oct. 24. A gunman robbed a male in an apartment of cash and a coat.

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 2700 block, 8:15 p.m. Oct. 26. A male demanded cash from a male pedestrian. When the pedestrian began to comply, he was assaulted by a male accomplice of the robber.

NAYLOR RD., 2200 block, 8:30 to 8:45 a.m. Oct. 28. A male snatched a purse containing keys, credit cards and a wallet from a female pedestrian.

PENNSYLVANIA AVE., 1400 block, 5:30 p.m. Oct. 27. A male with a knife robbed a male leaving a restaurant of food.

PENNSYLVANIA AVE., 3800 block, 3:05 to 3:12 a.m. Oct. 23. A gunman and a male accomplice got out of a vehicle and robbed a male pedestrian of jewelry.

SOUTHERN AVE., 1200 block, 7:05 a.m. Oct. 25. A gunman in a vehicle robbed a male pedestrian of cash.

SUITLAND TER., 2100 block, 2 to 2:10 p.m. Oct. 28. A gunman robbed a male cabdriver of cash, then fled.

WHEELER RD., 3300 block, 12:20 a.m. Oct. 22. A gunman got out of a vehicle and demanded property from a male driver of another vehicle. No further information was provided by police.

FOURTH ST. AND MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AVE., 9:10 p.m. Oct. 27. Three males robbed a male pedestrian and a female pedestrian of a cell phone and a jacket.

12TH ST., 700 block, 5 p.m. Oct. 18. A male snatched keys from a female, entered her apartment and assaulted her.

15TH ST., 1900 block, 8:30 a.m. Oct. 13. Two male youths attempted to rob another male youth of a jacket. The youth resisted and was assaulted. Two males, both 15, were arrested.

19TH ST., 200 block, 10 to 10:07 a.m. Oct. 24. A gunman robbed a female pedestrian of a cell phone at a bus stop.

28TH ST., 2000 block, 11:45 to 11:48 a.m. Oct. 25. A gunman forced a person to enter a building and robbed the person of jewelry, credit cards and clothes, then fled with a male accomplice.

38TH ST., 2100 block, 3:05 to 3:08 a.m. Oct. 23. Three gunmen got out of a vehicle and robbed two people of keys, a cell phone and a wallet.

A ST., 4600 block, 2 p.m. Oct. 23 to 3 a.m. Oct. 25. Clothes were stolen from a residence entered by breaking a window in a rear door.

ANACOSTIA RD., 300 block, 5:35 to 5:40 p.m. Oct. 23. A male forced his way through a front door of an apartment, assaulted a female and took a telephone and other property.

BENNING RD., 4600 block, 8:15 to 10 p.m. Oct. 27. A computer was stolen from a school entered by breaking rear windows.

BOWEN RD., 4400 block, 4 a.m. Sept. 9. A stove was removed from a kitchen of a residence and placed in the rear of the home, which was entered by forcing a front door.

C ST., 4500 block, 10:57 to 10:59 a.m. Oct. 27. Four males took a ladder from a residence and used it to enter a rear bedroom window of a neighbor's house. They took jewelry, a computer, a printer, a satellite TV box, a CD player and a purse.

CONGRESS PL., 1400 block, 7:15 p.m. Oct. 9 to 5 p.m. Oct. 22. Furniture, an organ and a TV were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked window.

D ST., 1200 block, 5:20 a.m. Oct. 10. A male entered a residence, then fled when a resident began to investigate.

GAINESVILLE ST., 2900 block, 1 to 5 a.m. Oct. 25. Tools were stolen from a storage area entered by forcing a front door.

GOOD HOPE RD., 2300 block, 4:10 a.m. Oct. 26. Property was stolen from a convenience store entered by forcing a front door.

LIVINGSTON RD., 4300 block, 7 a.m. Oct. 25. Cash, documents, a laptop computer, a video game console and a safe were stolen from an apartment entered by forcing a front door.

U ST., 1600 block, 10:30 a.m. Oct. 21 to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22. A gas range was stolen from a residence.

SOUTH CAPITOL AND M STREETS, 1:30 a.m. Oct. 18. A man asked a driver for a ride in a parking lot. When the driver refused, the man showed a gun and said, "Now you'll give me a ride." The driver got out of the car and walked away.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

FORRESTER ST., 1-99 block, 4 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 23. Three males forced open a door of a home and took water heaters, floodlights and construction materials. They fled in a vehicle.

FIRST ST., 1300 block, 7:45 a.m. Oct. 24 to 12:15 a.m. Oct. 25. Property was taken from a home.
