Bridget Moenius of Glen Burnie recently received a $3,000 scholarship from M&T Bank. Moenius, a 2003 graduate of Old Mill Senior High School, is a sophomore studying nuclear medicine technology at Old Dominion University. Moenius was recently inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. She was one of eight students awarded by the bank.

Archbishop Spalding High School's class of 1979 will celebrate its 25-year reunion from 7 p.m. to midnight Nov. 26 at the Sheraton Barcelo Annapolis, 173 Jennifer Rd. Anne Arundel County high school students may get information about AFS Intercultural Programs' Congress-Bundestag study abroad scholarship from 6:45 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Severna Park Library, 45 McKinsey Rd., Severna Park.

The scholarship covers expenses for students to study in Germany during the 2005-06 school year. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is Dec. 15. Selected students will leave in August. The meeting will also cover other AFS cultural exchange programs. Students from Bowie and Northeast high schools will talk about their experiences as exchange students in Germany and China.
