Hope for the Holidays, a free grief seminar sponsored by the Washington Regional Transplant consortium, 2-4 p.m., Saturday. Kathleen Persson, director of grief and loss services at Capital Hospice, will lead the gathering to help participants find ways to manage the stress of the holiday season after the death of a loved one.
